MRI and SHA have a number of things in process to take advantage of MRI software. Our account rep, Matt Grimes, has been very helpful to inform us of MRI options we can pursue that will enhance our current environment. He has connected us to the GPS team who are implementing the plans to migrate. SHA is now working through this migration process with good results. We have another software migration in the wings. MRI and the Support team have been wonderful to work with as we resolve some software issues. Their response time has been good and they continue to follow up to see if the fix or suggestion for the fix has resulted in the problem being resolved. Support has been very attentive. Overall MRI has been doing a good job. We look forward to the next roll out of software enhancements for our Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs. MRI is keeping us informed as they make progress with the roll out.

Your service people are 5stars!! Kind, understanding and patient. I only wish I did not have to call so much because the software so not user friendly. Your main screens, ways to connect documents and general 'ease of use' is a 1star. Thank goodness for your people in service, otherwise I would have been out of my mind trying to use it. Please update your software pages--to make it easy. I am begging!!

I have been using VaultRE since its morphing from My Desktop and subsequent sale to MRI Software. Please do not depend on their support service. It is non existent and at best, takes several days to get any response at all with an actual solution even longer. Consistently a fail with many major issues never resolved. Disappointing
