Nov 06,2024The software is clunky and hard to use. There are no clear ways to switch around, it is not intuitive, and most of the helps are hidden or hard to find. The Customer Support individual was OUTSTANDING and helped me fix my problem as well as another issue I happened to randomly bring up. It seems there should be an easier, smoother way to make this system work.

Nov 02,2024CTME Colorado contract software, is amazing and helps make an agent much more efficient and every deal much easier. I am licensed in another state where CTME is not available, and the old ineffective software that state uses adds about 5 hours of hassle and frustration to every transaction.

I found it bit long wind to process things, too many unwanted fields in every section where some key fields missing, eg: totals at various front windows and number of non useable buttons appear in some windows. Logical approach some time misleading or nothing happening. Again I am a novice, too early to judge this system at this point.
