Oct 05,2024The staff posed a question about access to the status feature in WL and there are so many boxes to choose I wasn’t sure which ones needed to be checked to ensure they received the access they needed so I had to call MRI. Keith patiently went thru the individual access for each employee to ensure the boxes were checked.

He waited for me to confirm the contracts were back in the system and then showed me how to put them into docs management under the correct buyer.
