Jun 08,2023Shipping went great and the kimchi is AMAZING. It fizzes and tastes super authentic. Just what I wanted. Not pasteurized like the ones you get in a supermarket - so you get the beneficial bacteria for your gut! Absolutely love this and will continue with a subscription.

Jun 07,2023It was super easy to order it, I think the website is laid out really well and I like how it provides some recipes on how to use the kimchi. It came on the day I requested, and I love how it came with instructions. It was my first time buying/trying kimchi so I really appreciated the instructions on what to do with it. I’m a bit of a picky eater but the kimchi is really nice, it has lots of flavour. So far I’ve only tried it straight out of the jar, I’m going to try and make kimchi fried rice with it soon!

Jun 03,2023This kimchi is excellent! This is my second bag, and we love it. Fresh, spicy, full of flavour. Fast, efficient delivery and good communication via email. We all feel better for eating it every day, and will continue to buy from Mr Kimchi. Highly recommend!

Jun 01,2023The Kimchi is delicious. However the storage and fermentation steps aren't clear about whether to refrigerate unopened jars (i ordered the 5 with 1 free at about £25) so i messaged them via their website, but no one has replied after several days. I also tried the Korean fried chicken at £7.50 - I was a little disappointed in the amount of chicken, wasn't really enoigh for 2 adults, but it was tasty.

May 25,2023If you love Kimchi then you should definitely try this! Or if your wondering what it tastes like then go for this brand! The most fresh Kimchi I have ever tasted. Important to read the instructions to get the most out of this product. Many thanks for the bottled water sent with this at no extra charge. Excellent!

May 22,2023Normally, I get really good service. But this time, the incorrect postcode was added to the delivery address, unsure how as the correct one was on the order confirmation. I sent a message to Mr Kimchi to say they will need to contact the delivery company DPD, ASAP to rearrange delivery on Friday. Its now Monday and I am still waiting for a reply. I am not happy with the lack of contact as there site says they will respond in 24hrs. As this is an edible item, by the time I get it, unsure if it can still be eaten and I would have wasted my money.

Jun 20,2023I ordered 3 jars of Mr Kimchi. When they arrived I noticed they looked a bit watery. I opened one up and tasted it and thought, this is the weakest Kimchi I've ever tasted. THEN I discovered a little leaflet in the box which said, leave out at room temperature for 3 days to allow to ferment (as it was fresh), then let the gas out and refrigerate. I thought what a fool I am for not reading first. After 5 days, I took one out of the fridge and tasted it. Perfect. Just the right amount of heat tanginess and flavour. I will be ordering again.
