Mar 19,2023Well.. I had a high hope as a Korean who doesn’t have a time to make my own Kimchi. I’ve got a not freshly made Kimchi, taste really bad. Ordered 2kg one, I don’t know how I can eat all of these. I just should’ve bought the big brand one instead, such a pitty that still a lot pf people believe their Kimchi is good.

Mar 18,2023Easy to order, and package delivered on time as promised. They give clear info about how the products are shipped and how to store for best taste. Have ordered a couple of times now and kimchi is very good, far superior to the stuff you get in the major supermarkets which is never great on taste or spice, and is in such small jars it feels poor value for money. The nearest thing to kimchi I've found in my local supermarket is also very finely shredded and ends up going a bit mushy over time. By contrast the texture with Mr Kimchi is great! You get decent size jars, and it's good that it's naturally fermented too. I love cooking with Japanese and Korean flavours, but I feel guilty ordering authentic ingredients from abroad (because of the carbon footprint), so it's a real added bonus that this kimchi doesn't travel too far by comparison! All in all, great product, I'll definitely keep buying from Mr Kimchi!

Mar 14,2023I've ordered over 50 jars of kimchi from Mr Kimchi and they were all fresh and well-packed. The package contained helpful instructions. I used the kimchi to make some very tasty kimchi fried rice, which was both healthy and tastier than what you'd get from a takeaway!

Mar 13,2023Easy to order and pay, chose a delivery date which was changed (due to availability I guess?) but I was home to receive the delivery which was clearly marked as fresh food, deliver today etc. Clear instructions on how to get the best from your kimchi, and the beef ready meal was a very generous portion for a good price, lovely!
