Apr 18,2022I was advised that my kimchi would arrive on 14th April, it didn’t arrive. The website says that emails will be replied to within 24 hours, I’ve sent 2 emails since 15th (now 17th) no reply yet. Not impressed or happy!

Apr 12,2022I've been purchasing from Mr Kimchi for years now, and nothing I've tried elsewhere comes close. The ordering and delivery service is spot on at a price that's great value, especially if ordering multiple jars (and you should be!). I really can't see any point in looking anywhere else, especially when most other shop-bought Kimchi not only tastes nowhere near as good but is also full of junk ingredients!
