Jan 27,2022This is NOT KIMCHI. The MR. KIMCHI's KIMCHI is absolutely not pickled. They just took cabbage and added vinegar. The real kimchi have to be pickled not sour. I highly advise not to buy fake kimchi from MR. KIMCHI. I waited one week which should help fresh kimchi to pickle but added vinegar killed all prebiotic bacterias and made kimchi unhealthy. I've added one star due I can't give zero stars. Keep away from MR. KIMCHI for your own health. Reply mr.kimchi I have bad news to your chef. This is not kimchi. It's just chopped cabbage with pepper and vinegar. After on week from arrival (whole week in New fridge) I started vomiting with this cabbage thing....

Jan 25,2022Mr Kimchi is my favourite place to order kimchi from. I live fairly remotely so it's not available in shops (unless you want to pay a massive premium) so being able to order a 2kg bag every few months to tie me over is great.
