They dont have costomer service at all they dont care since i requested on their whatsspp number that they gsve me to change my number they have been telling me that they will call me shortly i sent sms again the said the same thing i sent the sms again for the 3rd time to do follow up the did not respond me now its been 4 wees almost a month am sending sms they just read they dont answer...if they cant help me who will...i juss wish they can tell me if they cant help me ...this is the worse insult i hv ever had 💔
I’ve sent money to Zimbabwe and they keep asking for order numbers and voucher numbers when none have been used. This is ridiculous. What are you people playing at?
Hi it's Owen I have been using this bank for almost 6mnths and I lost my bank card and it's almost 1 week your crew is taking like foever to help me ,I call like everyday they take my details but the is no progress I even went to your offices in Cape town it was just time wasting ...you deserve 1 star from me
I m so disappointed with the guys working in Kempton park branch. They have returned me home twice. I was standing at the queue at 3:45pm and they told us to leave at 4:05pm. The bank only closes at 04:30pm. This happened twice to me. I rated this the worst service i have ever come across in my intire life. I am looking for other to send money home.The most painful thing is that i had to ask from work. This bank is slowly but surely becoming a nightmare it terms of service.
Its reliable on small amounts like R200 maybe to R1000. Everytime l send more than R4000 l have to call, email, WhatsApp and Twitter. This 72 hours period is just a joke to them. My kids need this money urgently and they tell someone will be able to help you on Monday. Western union wins.
I thought i was being negative till i saw all these reviews. This service must be discontinued. Rather go Western union or World Remit than use this service. 1. they take money from your account and do not complete the transfer. 2. Online support is rubbish. (chat) 3. When u ring the phones take long to answer and the quality of the calls is like calling someone on the old rural PTC Partlines. 4. They will ask you send a copy of your bank card.. Not the Best service when you want to send money to you loved ones
One star is more than this company deserves. Have been trying to get my order confirmed and nothing it's been 2 weeks and the service of the staff is appalling. From being told the issue is being "escalated" " to chats being ignored and disconnected. How very disappointing. The worth and salt of any company is measured by how well it handles query and works under pressure. I'm sorry to say zero positive to say about Mukuru. I would not be using this again.
How useless are these guys? Took a chance on the request of recipient to use mukuru and 6 days later no confirmation message. I've emailed and called no response. Seriously what's wrong with you?
One word useless....very inefficient, reminds me of scum..who does this this age and time sending bank card.... Took me ages to try and get money to an unwell relative till she succumbed to the illness coz she did not get money to get looked at on time as was intended.... Poor service from staff who are ill informed and incompetent....two by the names of Nyasha and Sasha....

Mukuru proves to be the best way to keep and send money safe since 2015 i always get an excellent services. Friendly and competent staff. You deserve more than a 5 *.
Absolutely useless stay away.4 days later money not yet received on the other end.you call them they say it’s ready to collect and yet never send message of confirmation.would never recommend this agent to anyone.
My first time sending money with Mukuru I had a few problems login in so I called them .The member of staff who assisted me was very helpful he took time assisting me .Its my sister in law who recommended me .Will be sending money again with them again soon.
I sent money yesterday to malawi. Until today I haven't received the message. Assist that money is needed for a child it's urgent.
The worst service ever. The card verification code thing makes life difficult. Why do u proud yourself as a fast service and reliable, you aren't. The money was needed 3 days ago, very urgent, your very favourite words "We are escalating the case" there isn't any escalation, just a worst of time. You would be thinking of ubuntu and support your people but this is above you I am sorry. You promise to call back and you don't. Very disappointed with your incompetence. Just a horrible experience all round. Its like a clunky system with manual intervention of some sort. Just horrible, horrible experience. Spoke to the guy and i was meant to take a picture of my card like its some sort of 1987 card payment smh
Mukuru is the worst money transfer organization I have dealt with. Their call center agents do not understand how business runs.
Am happy with Mukuru service,to be honest once i make order same time i gate message to pay then they also take that money any time they want and also when maybe i need some collection i use a call back then they always help me.
When will the technical issues Mukuru is experiencing going to be resolved as i need to urgently send money to Zimbabwe to take my sick grandmother to hospital???

Jul 28,2020When my old ID expired, i contacted them that i need to update because i have new identifications. They kept telling me that the document wasn't visible enough, i had to go to so much trouble and get a clear picture, only to insist that its is not legit. One of the poorest services that i received from mukuru, can't recommend them to anyone :(
