This is a fraudulent company, it’s BestFlightSearch masked as a new company and they will take your money and not give you a flight or your money. Not to mention I wasted 2 hours of my vacation trying to resolve this issue just to get the run around. Don’t book with them!! It’s a SCAM!!!!!!

This is a horrible site to book a flight through. I booked my flight May 30 and waited 24 hours to receive my E Ticket and I never received it! I called them today 06/12/2020 at 5:36pm to see what was going on with my ticket they told me that my flight was cancelled without a email or call my flight was cancelled smh!!! I have been trying to resolve this issue for 6 hours. I spoke with a guy name Ronald at 9:54pm he told me to wait 30 mins and I will have my E Ticket in my email. I really believe that these people are scammers and I will be calling my bank Monday morning. I just talked to my attorney and he told me that he would do some investigation tomorrow and he’ll let me know something Monday. If anyone needs legal assistance please let me know!! All they doing now is flooding my business email with false advertising!!

Sam Rogers was the customer service rep I was dealing with and he was extremely helpful in addressing the issue I had. We spent over an hour on the phone on multiple occasions and he was nothing but patient and helpful in helping me understand how to resolve the issues I was dealing with. I highly recommend him if you’re also in need of assistance. To put into perspective how much I appreciate his help, this is the first time I’ve written a public review of a company or customer service rep. I felt as though he needed to be acknowledged for the assistance he gave me. My booking number was 578249 and 578387 for references Update: I feel as though I’ve been scammed by these guys. What was originally an approximate $500 total for a couple plane tickets has become a nearly $2000 amount. I was asked to write a nice review for this gentlemen and I decided to since he was polite and seemed to genuinely care about helping me. I was wrong. My ticket was canceled by this company shortly after I got off the phone with them and I was still charged. Including absolutely ridiculous fees charged as agent fees. Should anyone read this. I advise you not to use this company as they are going to make you wait ridiculous hold times, charge you every penny they can scam you into paying, and tell you a different amount they will be charging you as opposed to what is on your statement by hundreds. These guys are scammers and frauds. Will never use again.

If I could give zero stars I would. This site is a scam. Somehow I was linked to it from priceline. I ordered and paid for tickets May 14th. Got my tickets via email thought everything was great.. Went to leave for my flight at 6am this morning. The airline informed me that my flight was canceled on May 18th. This is at 430am. I attempted to call the help number so many times. Got put on hold hungup so many times. When I did start getting a hold of people they were foreigners. Automatically telling me that my card did not go through. When I informed them it did they would either put me on hold and hangup eventually. At one point got put on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Finally after using someone else's phone a man answers and I inform him straight up Ive missed my flight and I did pay for it already . He put me on hold told me there's nothing he could do they are issuing a refund it will be 30-60 business days. Mean while I have missed my nieces wedding(by the way I was the Maid of Honor) and her brother just died on Monday. DONT USE THIS SITE.

I purchased tickets on June 9th. The email I received said that I would receive my E-Ticket with in 4 hours. I emailed them on June 10th and 11th with no response. I called on June 11th and waited on hold for 35 minutes and then was disconnected so I called back and tried to leave a message. Low and behold the mailbox is full so you cant leave a message. I called back again and finally talked to Alex and first thing he said was that my flight was denied cause the cost of the flight went up. I asked how is that possible since you already took my money. I told him that I could purchase the tickets through American Airlines for the same price so he put me on hold. When he came back he said the flight was confirmed and that I would have my E-Tickets with in 24 hours. I still don't have the E-tickets. I don't have a good feeling and feel that I don't have tickets and my money is gone. I will be filing a Merchant Complaint through my bank to try and get the money back and I will also be putting a review on BBB. My suggestion is to stay away I don't believe anyone actually gets their tickets at this point and they are just taking your money and ruining your trips. I will also be taking this to the police if I don't have get the tickets. Its ridiculous that this is happening.

RUN RUN RUN ! Awful Who ever is writing the great reviews they are made up and are lies ! I have been on the phone for over an hour 5 separate calls because they hang up on you! When they do answer place you back on hold with no announcement that they are doing it. And you say hello hello and nothing. They won’t and dont give there names if you ask for there name-They hang up. They should be out of business!! I am contacting BBB this is unbelievable. Dawn Rajan

I booked yesterday flight Chicago -Munich for July 20, didn’t received e ticket in 24 hso I called to ask about.First Agent was soo rude and told me the flight has been canceled . She said I can cancel it or look for other flight but is more expensive , I asked her if I can talk to her supervisor or manager she said ,, I don’t have one we are working from home , ok she put me on hold For no reason and hang up on me after a minute ! Ok called again , Jacko ( that’s what he said is his Name was so rude I told him about the Agent before how rude she was and hang up on me , but to the same time I recognized the same background sounds like with the girl , and the same dog was barking . I guess they live together! So startet looking for my ticket , offered me even better ticket with no stops , for 200$ more wich I was fine with! But he hang up when I said that’s great I am gonna do it ! So I called again , had the same guy again ,, Jacko,, I told him you also hang up on me , I am gonna take what you offered to me non stop flight to Munich . He said I didn’t offered you anything and hung up again . So fourth time , I called ,Agent Jack was telling the exact the same flight is not canceled is just more expensive now , gues how much, 500$ more. So I accepted the offer , I mean what else I have to go back to Germany ! When I looked on myflightsearch page , the flight was still available for 576$ even two days after. Is your policy not that you have to give me the flight to the same price , I mean is still on your page . I tried to talk to a manager or supervisor didn’t had good reason to talk to them , that’s what Agent said. I would never recommend someone to book with myflightsearch ,. I was for about 6 hours on the phone . I wish they are recording phone calls , so you can hear you Agents how rude they are and they are lying ! One positive thing happens to me today , that was Jack , you should have more Agents like Jack , he is awesome ! Best customer service for Jack , but never again ,,my flight search “ !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am mad at this company their terrible service and unprofessionalism..they decide to called me a day before my flight is supposed to happen they found on to be hilarious. They change my original flight to a different one but they never send my confirmation number 😂😂 i mad severe called to the american airline and see if they can do anything..found out that you guys cancel my flight and American try to double charge me because they said my ticket was never purchased hilarious right. I commanding my new flight for the people to dropped me off and to picking me up...so funny the lady say their are no flights but they are tomorrow..who the hell needs to flight tomorrow I needed a flight today.. You guys are a joke..

I have tried 4-5 times to talk with a person and they would hang up on me. This time i got the agents name prior to getting started. I thought i was getting somewhere until Thomas at EXT 503 put me on hold for over an hour for no reason? I would not recommend this service to anyone in the future, very unprofessional and unacceptable.
