Jun 03,2020This company is a scam!! They take your money and don’t issue a booked ticket. Got to the airport waiting for my flight only to find out I was never booked on this flight. They took my money, and are not refunding me. NEVER BOOK THROUGH THIS COMPANY!!!! They are just terrible.

Jun 03,2020Update to the reply from company: I stayed on the phone with you people for almost two hours. You bold faced lied to me about why my flight was cancelled. I spoke to American Airlines and they stated the flight was cancelled by them only after they sent your company an email warning you that the tickets would be cancelled due to your company not confirming the ticketing. They further stated they never received any money from your company and that the flight was still scheduled, both of which your representative told me were not true. I was told that because American Airlines had my money that it would take 14-21 business days to issue a refund and promised an email confirmation of my refund being issued. Never received the email. I did however receive an email 3 days after your company was informed that the booking had been canceled by American Airlines due to your company's lack of Flight confirmation and ticketing, from your company, that promised our tickets would be issued in 24 hours. By that time you already knew the booking had been canceled and made no effort to inform us, to rebook us, or to issue a refund. We found out ONLY by calling the airline directly asking for tickets that we had never received but had been charged for. Your company is a scam and should be ashamed of themselves. Terrible company! Took the money for my booking out of my bank account instantly, and then never issued tickets or notified me that the flights had been cancelled. We were unable to rebook our flights in time, which caused a big issue for my family, and they didn't refund me my money. I have been on hold with this company for over an hour and still have no resolution. This company is based out of India and have the worst customer service. I do not suggest anyone use this company!

Jun 03,2020I DID EMAIL YOU GUYS 2 DAYS AGO AND STILL HAVENT HEARD ANYTHING BACK!! This company is a complete scam and I'm shocked that they are still in business. It seems they are operating from India and are very unprofessional. On their website, they claim a 24hr cancellation policy, but that's a lie! They were hesitant to refund back my money when I called them the next day to cancel and placed me on hold for one hr! I even emailed their customer service as they provided but its been more than 12 hrs and still no response. These people are thieves! I hope Karma would pay you back terribly for the money you steal from people!

May 30,2020STAY AWAY!!!! I wish I could give a zero but I do not have that option. First and last time I will ever use MYFLIGHTSEARCH for anything. I fly frequently and this is the WORST airline company that I have ever dealt with. I tried to get in touch with them right away after booking the wrong date, but I was put on hold forever. Then, I emailed twice to either get a refund or cancellation with no response. When I called back and finally got in touch with someone, I got hung up on 3 times and all they cared about was charging me extra fees. Their website says "FREE CANCELLATION WITHIN 24" hours" that's a LIE. I got charged an extra fee and paid almost $400 for a one way ticket. I hope the UNITED AIRLINES company is aware that these people are giving them a bad name. This is their policy on their website about cancellatIon- LIES: For cancellation within 4 Hours of booking and before Midnight of the booking date. For detail information on free cancellation, click here Free For cancellation after 4 hours of booking but before Midnight $20 For cancellation after Midnight and within the day of booking (USA Web-sites Only) $25 Their terms and policy are very deceiving. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Our money was refunded and they gave us a refund of what I paid over what they were going to charge for flights.** they are not scamming, but the service was less than desirable for me. No one could help until I posted a bad review and contacted the BBB. I wouldn’t wait until three days before my flight to be sure they sent what I needed. I like to be organized and know what I have to do. Three days would not have left me stress free in trying to rebook if it didn’t come through. I even warned them I would post a bad review and contact BBB if they didn’t do what needed to be done. Scammers!! Took money in March, have tried to get tickets confirmed without leaving a bad review. Never got them. I fly in 12 days. Just bought tickets from another place today and had confirmation and ticket numbers in seconds. SCAMMERS on this site. Get a new card if you have used them. Trying to get a refund and they are keeping me on hold. Again, THEY ARE A SCAM!!

May 29,2020I am so upset.....as a favor for a friend i booked a flight from Chicago to NY and never received an e-ticket. They however took my money immediately of $180!!! I have called their Customer Service 4 times and was told each time that i would receive the ticket within 4 hours, which of course never happened. After holding for 2 hours today, the rep came back on and disconnected the call! I have also emailed many times already with no answer at all!!! IF someone has any advice on how i get this settled and my money back i would be very grateful...

May 28,2020I attempted to book a flight, and when the process was over the dates on the tickets didn’t match my initial search. So I spent over $200 on tickets that I can’t use. When I cancelled and requested a refund I was told for weeks that the money would be refunded. They also tell you to call customer service, which you can’t get through to actually speak to. This company is a total fraud.

May 28,2020Woah so I’m not the only one I see.. a friend of mine booked a flight for me to Texas and not even 24hrs before my flight I get some weird voicemail from someone with a very thick Indian accent saying something about my flight being not confirmed and when I checked it on the American Airlines site it said my trip was canceled. When I called they said that the agency canceled the ticket and there’s nothing they could do. I’m so beyond pissed. I didn’t realize my friend used a website to do it but right when I saw the email and never got another one again I knew something was fishy. But it’s insane that they’re still doing it when so many people are having the same problem.

May 27,2020Helped my sister book a flight back in may 6th she showed up today this morning at the airport and was told she couldn’t board that they voided her ticket what a scam!!!! They said to her when she called we have to email someone then we will call you back within four hours what a scam!! Scumbags!!!

I called and asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on 3 times . Then i was transfered and put on hold for 30 minutes ,then hung up on .Finily had to book another flight through the airlines direct which was cheaper by the way . Still waiting to get my money back . Would be negative stars but do not have that option ..
