May 22,2020It was a scary experience I never never experienced in my life as a traveler!My confirmation number was not given to and my flight was cancelled 24 hrs before my departure! I had to argue bad and forth for 20 minutes until I was finally a confirmation number! Never again!

May 21,2020I paid for a flight for my son to fly home, when he got to the airport, the airline did not have a booking for him. He called me and I had to buy him a ticket over the phone at double the amount that I have paid. After further investigation it was found out that they, not me, canceled my son's booking and never notified me. That happened a month ago and after countless calls no money is refunded yet. When I called them they kept putting me on hold for hours. Every time it is someone with an Indian accent named John, George or Adrian, perfectly Indian names I guess. They promised that it was a computer glitch and they will refund the amount I paid for new ticket. After reading the reviews on this site it seems to be a prevalent issue.

The over the top poorly written 5 star reviews are all people from overseas/‘employees.’ I booked a flight for my family for a trip in July 2020 on Tuesday, as soon as the funds cleared my account, they cancelled the flight with American Airlines (the only email I received on Tuesday was the confirmation), followed by an email apologizing (preemptively and poorly written) that they realized customers were having difficulty reaching them. IT’S MOST DEFINITELY A SCAM! Awaiting my email back from customer service as I need a refund for tickets MyFlightSearch.com CANCELLED. ***UPDATE*** 5/19/2020 I got a call from ‘Victor’ a so called supervisor (Agent 0067) - all calls originate from Las Vegas - no ‘this is a recorded line’, no ‘verification if they even reached the right person’ just straight into ‘We have booked your tickets again, check your confirmation # now!’ He mentioned reading this review, but not the email I sent to customer service (HA!) As I stated, I had already rebooked myself through the airline. I asked for a full refund and was told they would send me a check in 10-14! (Yeah right, I’m not going to deposit a bad check!) I told him I wanted the funds refunded electronically and he assured me they would be in 3-5 days. I then also emailed back to customer service requesting a refund including details of above conversation only to receive the generic: Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing MyFlightSearch.Com. This is to infrom you that your reservation is already confirmed with us and is non refundable as it was a basic economy ticket. For any further information we request you to reach us on our toll free number 833-200-3343, So that we can further assist you and complete your booking. Thanks and regards, Customer Service Myflightsearch.com 833-200-3343 SPOILER: The tickets were never rebooked through them....shocking. I Have taken this up with my bank and authorities. AGAIN ***Do Not Use MyFlightSearch.com*** Update 7/16/2020 - they did fix my tickets HOWEVER they gave me 2 tickets in my name (one adult/one child) and one in my husband’s - so they still are NOT correct. I am still waiting on a refund as I had to get new tickets as they scammed me first. BBB complaint filed. UPDATE *8/3/2020* On 7/16/2020 - I filed for a refund through American Airlines as I have multiple tickets in MY name and one is my husband but none for my daughter, pending review. I finally received the refund check from MyFlightSearch on 7/23/2020 (dated 7/16/2020) for $303. Check deposited. 7/25/2020 - I received an email from American Airlines stating ALL 3 MyFlightSearch tickets were refunded to them, the travel agency-‘please follow up with travel agency for refund.’ 7/27/2020 - the $303 refund check from MyFlightSearch BOUNCED (Non-Sufficient Funds). I didn’t get the letter until we returned from vacation on 8/2/2020. 8/3/2020 - Email sent to MyFlightSearch ‘Customer Service’ with all supporting documentation stating they owed refund of $303 + $5 NSF fee charged to me by my bank. Advised they have 5 business days to send a refund or I will be filing a court claim. 8/3/2020 - 530pm Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us, we appreciate your business with us. We acknowledge your E-mail. Apologize for the inconvenience caused. This has been forwarded to the team to check details advising you to wait for some time For any further information we request you to reach us on our toll free number 833-200-3343, So that we can further assist you and complete your booking. 8/3/2020 - 623pm Dear Customer, Thank you for reaching out to us, we appreciate your business with us.We request you to present the check again today or tomorrow. For any further information we request you to reach us on our toll free number 833-200-3343, So that we can further assist you and complete your booking. 8/3/2020 - 629pm My response: Absolutely not. The check is not valid and I will be recouping the fee for YOUR bad check. Remit another check for the amount of $308 or I will be taking legal action. You have FIVE BUSINESS days. 9/25/2020: Successfully took them to small claims court and got my money back! FYI: This site is suddenly being inundated by glowing and poorly written 5 Star reviews ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Don’t believe them!!! Real people rarely come on and blow up a site to praise customer service that should be a STANDARD. The bad reviews are legit. I had to finally take legal action in order to be rightly refunded. The Financial/Accounts manager still claimed they did nothing wrong in court! But I WON the case and my money back! It was a hassle. DOCUMENT everything!

May 17,2020This company is the worst and most crooked booking company I have ever done business with. I bonded a flight 5 days in advance and due to Corona virus canceled the flight the same day, five days in advance. They told me 7-10 days on my refund. Then they changed if to 25 business days. It has now been 28. Customer service agents are rude and everyone that I know that has dealt with this company, regrets it.

May 17,2020I must warn you all about MYFlightSearch which in my considered opinion is a highly unprofessional sham of a company, I am currently sat in my room at Toronto Airport having tried to check in for my flight with Iceland air to Manchester via Reykjavik . I can't check in ...and why ... the flight was cancelled 6 days ago !!! I was never informed ... in fact I upgraded my flight 2 days ago and they took my money knowing the flight was cancelled ! I have just spent 1.30 on the phone to speak to a customer service representative whom obviously had no clue what to do.... I very politely appraised him of the situation and was told it was nothing to do with My flight search as they only make the bookings and take the money!! As I, in my professional capacity, I am heavily involved in commercial air transport law ... I informed him of their legal contract to supply ... his reply was and I quote ..."$#*!"!!!!! The hold music started to play again and after a further 8 mins a voice asked are you still there? ... This time , apologetically he recounted the same diatribe and said there was nothing he can it was not their fault ..... I again gently and very politely informed him that this was not good enough and I would like to know there solution? I was then cut off.... I tried to recall but after another hour I have got no where. So , this time My Flight Search you have met your match and professionally suggest you have good lawyers because not only have you have demonstrated THE WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE I have encountered, you have made a potentially costly legal error for which I want you and the public to be aware of. Hiding behind Covid 19 taking good peoples money is not only morally disgusting but bordering on the criminal... General public I offer you my sad tale as a cautionary note not to ever deal with this company

Two months ago, I did purchase a ticket from them and they cancelled my ticket due to some fare change or something. And, it has been more than 2 months that I am calling to get my refund.Firstly, they don’t pick your calls soon and in case if they do they’ll be like .. just wait 5 days for refund .. it will be there. I really don’t know what they are doing with business. Totally unprofessional ...

May 16,2020STOP!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I received confirmation regarding my flight information and an E-Ticket. I contacted American Airlines using the locator information provided by the company and was advised that my reservation had been canceled less than 24 hours after I was given info that it was booked. I was unable to reach the company directly for any verification regarding the issue. I was able to dispute the charge with my credit company. ****I was able to reach a supervisor in Las Vegas. The individual rebooked my ticket and I was able to complete my trip. ****

May 15,2020The positive reviews are fake. This is nothing but a scam. If you book with this FAKE company they will void your reservation and take your money.. luckily I noticed that they booked me in the wrong city and it caused me to contact them only minutes after I reserved tickets. I called and when I said I had been given the wrong city to leave out of they hung up on me, I called again, said that I needed the city changed and they hung up on me again. I immediately called my bank and locked my card then called American Airlines and just as other’s have said, it had been “voided”. Thing is, they didn’t have time to get my money.. THANK GOD. DON’T believe the FAKE positive reviews.. it’s all part of the scam. Update: I just received a call that went to my voicemail, giving another bogus phone number and even a supervisors name that I can call because he saw that I was given the wrong city on my reservation.. I called just fir kicks, no one answered!! OMG, really????!?!?!? No, you realized that the debit card that you thought you were going to be able to use was locked!!! I have already contacted American Airlines... it’s obvious that YOU ARE A CON!!! People, this is a scam.. run!!

May 22,2020TOTAL SCAM COMPANY. I BOOKED A FLIGHT (SO I THOUGHT) ON MAY 13TH. THIS BOGUS COMPANY CHARGED ME TWICE AND NEVER EVEN SENT ME A CONFIRMATION OF FLIGHT. AFTER BEING ON HOLD MANY TIMES AND NOT BEING ABLE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL ( RECORDING ALWAYS SAYS VOICEMAIL IS FULL) I WAITED ONE MORE TIME FOR 3 HOURS ONLY TO BE TOLD BY SOMEONE WHO COULD NOT EVEN SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH THAT THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT. I PLAN ON GETTING THIS SITE SHUT DOWN. TAKING IT TO THE HIGHER UPS AS HIGH UP AS I CAN GO.
