I felt I was going to miss my Cousin’s funeral due to booking the wrong flight. Victor made every effort to try and help. I greatly appreciate his assistance in this matter. I have not seen my family in over a year and miss them dearly. So there are no words to explain how much I appreciate his help to attend the funeral of my 18 year old cousin.

Jul 23,2019I booked a round trip flight from Toronto - Vancouver with them. I got an email confirmation from them saying the flight was booked but will take up to 24 hours for payment to go through. I woke up next day to a new email from them saying the payment didn’t go through so they couldn’t book the flight. I looked at my bank, 3000 $ was taken from my bank. I thought maybe someone hacked into my account. I called my bank. They checked the withdrawal number and found out it was “my flight search” who took the money. So not only did they not book the flight, they withdrew 2,887 dollars from me. I called them and told them what’s going on. They told me to email them the transaction number and my booking receipts etc. And someone would get back to me. No one called so I called them again. The guy told me it would take 5 business days to get me back my money . They literally withdrew my money and told me I have to wait to get it back. So I called my bank and my bank filed non fraud investigation against them. If I don’t get my money back in 5 days I’m also going to a lawyer. These ppl are down right crooks. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Jul 21,2019STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I booked flights through them and received an email confirmation. A few days later I received an email from them cancelling my tickets. When I called to inquire they told me that the prices had gone up and they could not contact me. I checked my phone records and there had been no such call. They assured me that I had not been charged for the tickets but my credit card statement shows that they had processed the charge but the refund was for $150.00 less that what I paid. Ripped off!

Jul 20,2019I waited months for flight schedule to drop and was happy to find these prices. I booked. After a week of my money not being taken or receiving my tickets I called. They took my money the next day. I still never received tickets so I emailed about it. Two days later I was emailed saying my flights had been cancelled and I would be refunded in 7 days. These flights were for my vow renewal. I was so devastated. After writing a review I figured would go no where, customer service reached out to me. They rebooked my flights and sent my eticket numbers. I confirmed them thru the airline and now am very excited to have it booked and out of the way. Thank you so much customer service for fixing this for me. Now I can focus on the rest of planning for my husband and I vow renewal 😊

He was super nice and explained in details what had happened to my reservation and the price change . Not been myflightsearch fault he refunded $190.00 out of the total of my tickets for the confusion and the inconvenience. This gesture means a lot for me and show the commitment of the company to have a good customer support and a loyal clients. Thanks Victor for all the help.

Jul 19,2019Scammers do not use this Company whatever you do! They’re very rude and will lie to you just to get you off the phone. They double charged an amount from our account and stated that it was a glitch in their system! It took them less than 24 hours to take our money, and 6 days to put it back. Every time we called they told us a different story. Nightmare, don’t even waste your time! They don’t deserve any stars!!

Jul 19,2019Reported to the FTC! The call center lead me to believe they were with Alaska Airlines. They took my credit card and charged me 3 separate charges for 2 flights. Guess who got the third charge to my card? They did. More than $100 just for making the reservation. I am so mad. Do not do business with these scammers.

Jul 17,2019I made a flight for the 15th of July, reading the literary, the flight was for the 17th. I called and canceled the flight. I got a confirmation of the refund. Monday morning, I check my account, they debit my account twice. One rep. said it was a 3rd party. On Tuesday, they said it was a glitch in their system. Now today they said, my money was returned today. I called my bank. Guess what, no return, I called them back and they said 7-10 business days. I asked, why is easy to take the money, but a hassle to get it back. I recommend this company gets shut down.

Jul 03,2019Update: Yay, I received my refund!!!! Thanks to VICTOR (customer service rep) he stayed in contact with me daily while they processed my refund. Beware if you cancel your flight!! I purchased 3 tickets in February 2018 and then had to cancel. I was told I would receive my refunds within 2 months in full. I was only refunded for 2 of the 3 tickets. I'm getting the run around!! Terrible communication!! They will not email me a confirmation stating I will receive a refund. It's been over a year and they promised once again to refund ($379) my cancelled flight and I still don't have my refund!!! I have the support needed to collect!
