Just want people to know that the experience I recently had with your Company was the up most worst ever, as I accidently called your number to make changes to my flight information for Spirit Airlines. I thought I was calling them and to make things worse the woman made the changes to my reservation and i never got a confirm email to changes to my reservation and Spirit Airlines confirmed there were never any updates to my flight. Now you took my money for these changes and after I kept getting hung up on the phone I still can't believe the unprofessionalism here because i want my money back by a mistake by me and by your agent. How can a company operate this way when your agent never even gave me any information on any changes, but yet you won't help me get my money back and most of the error is on your part? Here is my reservation Number for my flight R65LFB. So my question is now why wouldn't this company help me when i tried calling the last 3 times and the agent all she said was we sent you a email when i received nothing!! I just want that $$ I was charged off my credit card. I just called Spirit Airlines again and they confirmed there was no third party agent that made any changes to my reservation and my credit card company has on file 1-833-200-3343 out of Nevada an amount of $$ attached to my bill and I want that amount credited back to my account!
Booked a flight with this third party on May 10th. I required a flight change 1 month prior to my RSVP date, so I called MyFlightSearch directly. I was greeted by a rude and exhausted sounding representative, who happily said there were no changes, period.. thanks for calling! I asked if I could speak to a representative that may be able to advance my concern and was told "I am senior leadership, there isn't a level past me" (or something to that effect). I contacted West Jet directly to see what could be done about my flight, they were gracious and helped rectify the issue. West Jet reiterated, that MyFlightSearch was a third party and they have no control over MyFlightSearch representatives. This service overcharged me by $100!!! and were absolutely useless when I required assistance. I called back to the service after I spoke with West Jet to discuss my concern and was I received by a VOICEMAIL! This company isn't a service, it is a FRAUD. Save yourself the hassle and upset, book with the airlines directly.
Waiting for a refund since 11/2018 booked a round trip flying with spirit needed to cancel due to wildfire. Myflight sold me travel protection coverage for 27.40. when i went to file claim after canceling fight. the travel insurance company tripmate whom handles their claims finally after like three month insured me that the travel plan my flight had sold me was expired and had expired on 9/3/2018. which i brought my ticket on 10/26/2018. as today tripmate states they no longer do business with Myflightsearch. Their customer service is the worst i dont know how they still have jobs and are allowed to operate under such condition. I call they put me own hold hang up on me more than enough continue to provide false statement regarding my refund and continue to lie. I have had enough of this company how do you sale and take consumers money for a product that don't exist and then when the consumer is requesting a refund get the run around and treated unfairly. My booking number was 177580 and my email address is not allowed in this review. This business is unethical and unreal and i dont see how they could still be in business because of they unlawful practice. I'm done calling and wasting my time with Myflightsearch. My next step is to gave this information to my lawyer and perhaps even get a class action lawsuit formed against the Myflightsearch and the airline who is doing business with myflightsearch they should be liable as well if you are going to allow a third party sell your product then spirit should make sure that company is in compliance. Myflightsearch apparently only have their own best interest in mind taking peoples money and not caring about the consumers needs want or feelings about the service they paid for. Unfair and Unjust you will hear from my lawyer real soon. Still waiting for my refund that myflightseach.com promised me that was finally being processed that was two months ago still have not received my refund.😡 Received your response to my review stating I will here from someone in your customer service department in 24 hours. However it's been 5days and I've have yet to get a call from you guys so I guess my complaint against your company and the way I've been treated doesn't mean nothing. Will be happy when this matter is resolved . After months of trying to get a refund I finally received my refund today. This company it’s a scam. Booked a flight to new york, they called the next day and said the tickets are not available anymore. They said we have to change the airline company and pay 250$ more. Don’t book with them. I’ll call the airline and the customer protection agency to get them shut down. Please research before booking.

I had a few problems but Victor was a total star and fixed it for me. The whole family is going to Paris this Summer after a misunderstanding Victor at MyFlightSearch set out to fix it and he was true to his word. Yay to Victor and MyFlightSearch.
Do yourself a favor and NEVER book a flight with this company. Once you book, they will contact you a few days later to tell you they had to cancel your booking. I just got off the phone with a man and the excuse he gave was, “the ticket was cheap when you booked it but the price went up and we couldn’t get a hold of you so we had to cancel it.” I have never heard of such a thing!!! I’ll stick to what I know next time.
This company is like a big scam...do not use them. waiting on a refund for 9 months and they still say they are processing it They said luggage was included, it was not. Stay away from this company. bad news

If there was a score less than one star I would give it. I booked a flight AND received confirmation it was booked only to get a voicemail two days later saying i had to pay more. Wait, what? The flight was quoted to $240, then i call and i am quoted $275!! The operater from india call centre tells me, thats just how it works. Um no, when u get a CONFIRMATION thats the price i expect to pay, and it was for our 77 year old grandma who can't fly alone. I logged into westjet directly and booked the exact flight all in for $220. NEVER use this company
Totally incompetent and or scammers. Paid $400 for a name change on a airline ticket that they never completed. Have been fighting with them over a year to get refund which they promise is in the works. Total BS. Will never do business with them again.
I will never deal with this company again!! They are scammers. So I booked my ticket. I received the confirmation email, normal procedures. However, I never received my etickets or flight information. When I called back, I was informed to wait 3 hours and they will show. Well guess what, I never rcvd email. Call back and was informed they're ticketing department is having technical difficulties. At this moment I'm fed up! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was with someone by the name of Samuel. I informed him I would like to cancel my booking and my credit card will not be charged. Well guess what...my card was charged and when I contacted them to let them know. They informed they don't see a charge on their end. Scammers!!!!! Never deal with this company.

Never have I ever dealt with such a bad company. I booked a trip to Puerto Vallarta for 4 people. I receive an email the same day offering me another flight than the one I booked... I needed to call them. Which I did. I refused to change my flight I preferred the schedule of the previous flight. A few days later, my e-tickets are still processing. I call the call center 1-833-200-3343 with my booking number... I was on hold for 10 minutes, transferred to another rep... put on hold again... and finally they hang up the phone... I call back and I was feed-up... I asked for a FULL REFUND. I do not want to deal with myflightsearch. The service is horrible... the reps are horrible... NEVER AGAIN. Please be aware!

They have a Las Vegas Nevada business license, but operate a call center in India with fake American names. They are a scam people. Save your money and frustration. DO NOT USE THEM. TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT USE MYFLIGHTSEARCH! Received email - "Congratulations! Your flight has been booked" along with detailed flight information, credit card number and charges, etc. - as you would normally see with a legitimate company. Went to check in within 24 hours of departure, to find my flight was never booked! When I called, they said they tried to call me to tell me my seat was not available after all (I suppose if I had answered, they would have tried to raise the price, as others have mentioned). They acknowledged that no email was sent to notify me of the ticketing issue, but had no explanation for that. I had to book a last minute ticket and spend hundreds more than I should have!

Beware of these people, phone number (833) 200-3163. These people are absolute pieces of s**t. Cons. I somehow got directed to this “agency” when I though I was getting connected with Alaska Airlines. Somehow, even when you don’t book with these a-holes, they are still able to figure out all your flight information, making it appear as if they actually are Alaska customer service reps. I called because the name on my plane ticket didn’t exactly match my ID/passport. They said that I would under no circumstance be allowed to fly with this discrepancy on my ticket. They charged me $135 dollars (they graciously discounted $30 from the fee... how NICE of them!) to adjust the name on the plane ticket. Then they said they would email me back the new ticket within 24 hours (according to them they had to first cancel the original ticket and reissue a new one with the correct name... talk about red flags). Turns out the newly issued ticket never arrived. Having not received anything from them, I googled the Alaska phone number again, and wouldn’t you know... All of the sudden I am actually talking to an Alaska rep (different number). AND it turns out adjustments such as these are entirely free of charge when you do it through Alaska. I’ve read the horror stories in this feed and luckily my charge wasn’t as bad, but because I thought I was talking with Alaska, and I thought I had no other options, I ended up paying a fee that never existed. Moral of the story: careful when you google Airline contact info online and listen to your gut when things seem off left and right. Beware! They will take advantage of you and they will overcharge for fees that don’t exist for a profit. PS. I attempted to contact them back to cancel my transactions through them within 48 hours and now I can’t get a hold of them. What a shocker.
Book a flight give the credit card info, customer service guy said he was going to put me on hold and never answer back , i was more than 30 min on the phone. Never got a confirmation number. . Receive a email that my card was declined, but in my account said they charge me $257.00. I try calling them many times and no answer at all. Thiis is a Scam!!!! Don't use this website.

Jun 02,2019I bought a ticket with them yesterday (June 1st) I clearly put in June 27th to July 1st for the flight dates. I have the screenshots of every step of my reservation to prove it. They send me a confirmation and it’s for June 25th to July 4th!!! I called them 4 times and left voicemails and still no one has called me back and now I’m trying to call them and the call won’t even connect. I feel as though I have been scammed...
