This company is the worst. They tell you a price then keep adding costs to complete the piece. There is so many additional costs that they do not tell you about til the end. The salesperson showed me the preview of what the would look like completed. Well when I got my crystal is was NOT like the preview. I would have never paid the price they charged be for what I received. It’s a Christmas gift for my husband who just lost his Dad to COVID. I was something I was so excited to give him and now I will not be giving it to him because it’s not what I expected. This company is a rip off.

My product was stolen from my mailbox and I emailed innovations customer service and they replied and sent me another in 2 days, just in time to give to my wife for our anniversary. I am definitely going to be buying more stuff from 3d innovations and recommending them to others.

I wish i can them zero star Bad quality,bad customer service This company need to be shut down they don’t even respond my emails i sent them more than 5 emails and called them a lot for refund it’s took one month to be done I was charged 20 % restocking fee
Product was easy to design and came in the mail super fast. They emailed me the proof and made corrections per my requests. I ordered two trophies with a double image on both and everything arrived perfectly. Definitely will be ordering again! Thanks!

I ordered the wine stopper with 3D picture. The ordering process was very easy and it arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the quality as it is beautiful !
The cube with the picture looks awesome and I’m very happy with it. However I ordered the lighted stand to put the cube in and the power cable is defective. It disconnects when moved or wiggled so probably has a break inside not visible. I sent an email and the response was to take a picture of the problem . A picture won’t show anything because the problem is inside the cable. I was expecting a replacement cable but I haven’t gotten one. So product is great but service not so much.

We were gifted the medium cube and it is AMAZING, that deserves 5 stars! We bought the "cave" light stand and it looks cool, but the quality is disappointing. The plug is very cheap so the light flashes on and off because the connection isn't great.
The keychain looks amazing!
The letters were wrong when I called back I asked if it can be redone and they said they will have a manager call me back ASAP. It's been four days and I haven't heard from anyone.

Dec 27,2022I opened a chat session to ask about how to handle a special situation I needed in giving a picture cube as a gift. I asked how to pay and how my son would handle sending them the picture since I was letting him pick the picture he wanted etched. I had two quick responses from the rep, Christian, asking for me to send him the picture so he could check availability, which was the exact opposite of what I asked. Then, 30-seconds later I received a third response saying that since I hadn't responded yet the rep was logging out of the session. (I have the transcript with time stamps if anyone questions the legitimacy of my complaint.) I responded by asking for a supervisor to talk to about this. The rep's response was all of a sudden dealing with my actual questions. I explained it was too late for him to suddenly care and I was logging out. THEN!! I sent a complaint email to the company letting them know about the situation. I received a response FROM THE SAME REP from the chat session. So I have no idea knowing if their customer relations management ever saw my criticism. My idea is that if they're no better at handling my prepurchase questions, I can't trust them handling any issues after the sale. The other complaints in online forums regarding their poor post-sale customer service, I feel my concerns are well warranted. If anyone is interested in seeing my entire chat and email interactions, I've got it all to support my complaint.
