We include delivery in the price for mainland UK, but if you wish to collect, we’ll discount your order. We aim to respond to any queries the same day, usually within a couple of hours. Ordered 4 items of bedroom furniture, 3 had defects/damage , went through a whole drama of getting items replaced which again were damaged when removed out box etc. was told to just return everything, obviously by this point it had been months therefore the item/s which were good we had binned original boxing. So when they had asked for everything returned, we did not have packaging, however boxed them best possible way. When they arrived back at myfurniture we were told they were not willing to refund anything but sent pictures of all damage which was not the same damage as we were sending back. They look destroyed and have tried to blame our packaging. Although They said they were not willing to refund the money they said the other option was to have the damaged items returned to us but obviously why would we want completely destroyed pieces if mirrored furniture . We were happy to keep the good items and just replace the damaged ones as we really liked the furniture, however they wanted entire order sent back. And this is when they have said they’re unwilling to refund for the last 2 items. If we knew this was gonna be this difficult we would have just dealt with the defects, however at the time they offered us a small payment so that we kept them. Was told by phone it was their policy to send back in original packaging, However after reading it it states where ‘possible’ . We feel robbed as the order should Have been sent out correct in first place, this is the root cause as we would not be having to return anything at all if it was right the first time. Secondly why do they expect us to keep packaging months down the line when we are happy with some of the items then randomly refuse to replace items and want everything including good items sent back When we tried to contact myfurniture the replies were taking weeks for any sort of response. We sent a email saying we were going to contact the likes of citizens advice as we feel as if we are being treated unfairly. They said they welcome us to contact citizens advised. So In the end we just said well if we cannot have refund, we will have items returned to us. Their reply was that they scrap items after 14 days therefore we are now £250 out of pocket and nothing at all to show for it. Now they do not reply at all
This is my second time I have ordered with my furniture all the items came perfect packed I would recommend them to anyone. good work my furniture see you again in the future.

Instructions for the bed were poor. Delivery of massive boxes outside the front door, I had to drag them in. No option to have a delivery to room or construction/recycling service.
Excellent customer service. Delivery was ok but furniture left in the garden and it was both heavy and cumbersome to move. It took a day to assemble the chairs and table, well in excess of what was suggested! Quality is good, you get what you pay for! Overall very happy

This was my second purchase from my furniture, When I raised the issue to the customer care, had a bad experience and they were not happy to go ahead with my concern. Last time I had an excellent support from Mr. Chant, so I had a liaise with him regarding my concern about the coffee table. He was so patiently and generously listened to us, sorted the problem within 24 hours in such a professional way. Thank you very much
