Jun 23,2023about 5 years ago i bought some beautiful bedroom furniture from this store i bought a few pieces of mirrored furniture and white glass too .we have just moved house ,and i have to say i decided i needed some more of the white glass stuff. Michael couldn't have been any nicer and i think the other person was called Chan not sure about his name .However they were both exceptional ,and delivered it quickly as the date i was given was when my husband was having chemo ,and Michael very quickly changed the date and got it delivered the next day BRILLANT. i definitely will always recommend this company .so many thanks to Michael and co i give you 100/10

Jun 23,2023I had a really good experience contacting the My-Furniture friendly customer support group, Especially Mr. Alessandro, He was so patient and helped me so much so we could have a somehow special delivery order. Every time we needed an answer he was ready to reply. and he made sure everything was arranged on time. I would surely love to work with them again.

Jun 19,2023I am very pleased with the product, however, the delivery was shocking ! Parcel force, whilst I was tracking it, couldn't find the address, and left it at that ! No phone call for help, nothing ! I had to ring for redelivery the following day, 13th June, and, eventually it was delivered. The parcel was badly damaged but, fortunately, the contents undamaged. Strangely, I received another delivery the following day, from an independent company from Leeds, who found the address with no problem ! I think it was a case of lazyittus on parcel forces behalf but, as I said before, I'm very happy with the product and will certainly shop with you again but, hopefully without parcel force's incompetent delivery farce !
