Jun 15,2023The sales team and showroom workers are great. They are very responsive and it's great that you are able to see the product on a WhatsApp video call from the showroom. Really helpful team members and lovely furniture. Delivery was as stated and came on time. However the carelessness during delivery is very disappointing, especially when it's a sofa that you pay thousands for. I was made to sign a paper before they bought the goods in accepting that there may be damage to the property and that the delivery drivers wear gloves. I signed and understood that there will be a lot of maneuvering required when delivering a sofa so there may be some scrapes and scratches which is acceptable. I won't mention the damage to the plaster of the walls and staircase which I feel wasn't inevitable if slightly more care was taken. My bigger concern however is that the cream velvet sofa now has scratch marks all along the arm rests and scrapes on the seating area along with lovely black fingerprints along the sides because it was dragged, pushed, yanked through the door frames without even a protective covering/sheet on it. I have never seen a sofa yanked through door frames. I even mentioned if it doesn't fit then we can return it, it's not a problem. All that needed to be done was the door to be taken off it's hinges which we happily did and the sofa went in with ease (after all the damage had been done). When the delivery drivers left I showed them the damage to the sofa and asked 'is this what I signed for at the beginning' to which he replied yes. Seems like this happens regularly with them for a disclosure to be signed at entrance. I think after spending so much money on the item, for the delivery driver to then carelessly deliver it, brings down the reputation of the company. Disgraceful delivery by one of the delivery drivers. (I have to mention the other delivery driver was attempting to be more careful and helpful).

Jun 12,2023Delivery was spot on, and I love the new radiator cover. This is the 2nd one I have ordered from MyFurniture. Was able to assemble it in a couple of minutes and makes my home looks extra beautiful. The polystyrene was a nightmare however as the whole house was covered in those white little bits and took forever to clean and dispose.

Needed some further help and got a quick and accurate reply via an email and then had a chat on the phone, again friendly and helpful advice. The chairs came promptly, look fantastic and are real quality items - really pleased. There was a slight issue, not of MyFurniture's doing, but their customer service team resolved it immediately without drama. Really impressed with the furniture and the service. Would most certainly recommend.

Jun 08,2023Don’t usually write reviews but came onto my-furnitures reviews to see if I could find any reviews on sofas as I’ve just bought a sofa and swivel chair from them and am giving up my very comfortable current sofa for it so hoped to find info on what the sofas are like comfort wise. However, was sad to see so many spiteful and frankly ridiculous negative reviews and now I feel compelled to write reviews for them as I’ve used this shop a few times and they’re actually one of the best online stores I’ve used. So my first order was for the margonia dining chair in dove grey in 2019 no issues other than it took me a minute to find the legs. My second order was for the halo illuminated mirror in 2020 and my only gripe with that one is that this mirror took 8 batteries and now I’ve seen that they take 16 … that’s a lot of batteries XD so I really hope my mirror does not come to any damage, not sure for what reason this changed, just put that in there so maybe someone can answer my curiosity. My third order was for the Alveare dining chair in 2022 which came a lot quicker than it was expected to which I was really happy with and the delivery guys were really nice. All these items came in good time if not exceptional time and I’ve always received good communication and most certainly every item I have purchased has been really stunning and good quality especially for the price. So I’ve just placed my 4th order and am eagerly awaiting them though one item contains a preorder so I’m guessing the whole order won’t be dispatched till that is released so saves on courier trips which is not a problem for me but I have no doubt that these items are going to be as stunning as the rest of them and for the customer service to be as top tier as it’s always been. I will come back and leave another review once I’ve received the new items too.
