Nov 10,2021Make no mistake, their UK website and address mean nothing. The entire operation runs from Germany and Austria. While they offer remarkably low prices I found that support was non-existent for the Tesvor S6 robot vacuum I bought from them. They just did not want to give any support. I went ahead under their refund policy and they agreed to refund. The Tesvor S6 was returned but I had to wait a further 6 weeks for the refund which only came after I threatened to report them to Trading Standards.

Nov 08,2021I cancelled my lawnmower almost as soon as I had ordered it but they sent it anyway. After receiving it I tried to send it back but they said they couldn't arrange it with the courier. I disputed it with my credit card then they arranged for DPD to pick it up. They have now refused the dispute with my credit card company despite me having the proof that their courier picked it up. It's just not worth dealing with them. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. An appalling company with appalling service. **EDIT - the credit card company found in our favour and has closed the case. Order reference has been given to Trustpilot. I wouldn't waste another second on this outfit.

Nov 08,2021If I could give less than one star, I certainly would! I have been waiting since 20th September for a refund for a robot mower I sent back to them. Despite numerous emails, they are still saying they have not received this back to them. I would not buy from them

Nov 07,2021Robot parti en réparation en septembre Arrivé dans leur atelier le 1er octobre Depuis les nouvelles sont aléatoires ! En fait, ils se contredisent : un coup il est de retour, après il faut qu’ils se renseignent à l’atelier !!! Donc pas de nouvelles ! Je ne sais toujours pas si mon robot est réparé ! Extension de garantie 5 ans vraiment pas top Je ne recommande pas ce site ! J’ai appelé en Autriche quelqu’un devait me rappeler toujours rien ! J’en suis à mon quinzième mail voir plus !!! Pas sérieux J’espère avoir des nouvelles cette semaine ! A suivre
