Jul 12,2024Ordered plates shorter length, but with Standard size letters to ensure legality. Plates arrived stamped with BS AU 145e and the postcode JE4 8SH to prove they comply with the law. MOT tester has failed my car, as the letters they in fact used are not Standard, but are too short, despite them marking the plates with the BS AU 145e as their guarantee of legal compliance. Owner has refused refund and has refused to give his address, then went to ground and refused to answer any emails at all. Our solicitor has had to do searches to finally locate him, and is now issuing a Summons against him in the County Court for fraudulent misrepresentation, and is reporting him to Trading Standards.

Jun 24,2024Just to clarify, this is my 2nd order from this website. 1st one (last year) was good, no issues. However, with the current order, I feel the product was defective, as the top layer / transparent plastic started coming off. I thought it's a protective layer, but no, it was actually part of the number plate. After speaking with custom service, they blamed it on the way I drilled, I should've drilled from the front, NOT from the back - which is fair enough .. However: 1) I never drilled the other plate from the front, and it was fine. 2) I changed a few other number plates in my life, and I've always drilled them from the back and it was also fine. and finally 3) the dealer from where I got the new bike, also drilled from the back as you can see all the markings. So this is a STANDARD, if your product requires drilling in any other way, please provide instructions. No instructions were provided. And customer service refused to replace the product, unless I pay more, which I'm not happy to pay for a defective product, or for their fault for not providing instructions. I don't read minds. if the product should've been fitted any other way, then provide instructions.

Apr 17,2024WARNING DO NOT USE! I have received 2 number plates from them both were defective with air bubbles under them. I have had to send them back and they expect the customer to pay postage. Still haven’t had my refund. They claim excellent customer service I have had to prompt them twice now to even respond. Will now have to get PayPal involved to get my money back. Never again it’s been a real hassle. They now responded to PayPal to delay the matter of giving me my refund.

Feb 10,2024Order placed nearly 2 weeks ago, confirmation email received and money left my account. No sign of the plates, emails are going unanswered and phone number is just ringing. Since this review was posted the company have contacted me and claimed it was the fault of Royal Mail that my order wasn’t delivered (it still hasn’t) they did refund me in full when I requested. Since the refund they have contacted me numerous times asking me to remove this review, they have even tried asking Trustpilot to remove it claiming it was supposed to be against a different company. I’m leaving the review up as I believe they only finally contacted me because of the review.

Jan 04,2024Husband ordered two sets of plates over Christmas. Dispatch emails received on the 27th December with tracking showing guaranteed by 1pm and we are still waiting! Have emailed twice with no response. Should have gone to Halfords!

Dec 12,2023Company doesn’t respond to emails and they don’t answer the phone . Communication is terrible. I paid for next day delivery by 1pm and it has not arrived. I would not recommend using this company after my experience.
