Oct 01,2023Rear number plate for motorcycle arrived damaged. Reason for this being the number plate is made of such cheap and inferior plastic (think wheelie bin) that it has absolutely no place on a vehicle. Even the number plate screws were absolutely rubbish. When I contacted the company, was advised a refund would be issue upon return. Return post to Jersey (company is based in Jersey to circumvent U.K. legislation) is uneconomical to do this. Please, don't use this company for a number plate. Absolute rip-off merchants. Go to your local supplier and get a proper number plate made.

Sep 20,2023What a total con of a site. Automatically added two sets of fixing kits that I did not want to my order. I phoned saying I didn't order. They said send them back (at a postal cost to meow more than the fixing kits) Why not just apologise and refund me ? The chap on the phone didn't give a toss about the fact Ive bought so many sets from this company.

This site is highly illegal - Be marked to show who supplied the number plate (IF YOU SELECT BRITISH STANDARD SHOW THIS WILL DISPLAY) Be marked with a British Standard number - this is 'BS AU 145e' for plates fitted after 1 September 2021 (IF SELECTED AS ABOVE THIS WILL BE PRINTED LIKE THIS)

Jun 21,2023After my number plate was stolen last week, it's been an absolute nightmare trying to sort it out, so dealing with this company was an absolute godsend!!! Ordered my replacement plate for my bike yesterday around 1pm, and has arrived now just before 11am. Less than 24hrs to receive my order! For comparison, I ordered also from Carplatesdirect on Sunday evening, and heard nothing since from that point barring order confirmation so a massive thank you for your efficiency and communication! Great quality and shows all legal information clearly. 100% would recommend and will return in the future if needs be! Thank you so much to all team involved!

Jun 08,2023Possibly the best service I've had for a while. I placed my order for two sets of plates on a Tuesday afternoon and received them on Wednesday morning. I also cocked up the order slightly so emailed the correction moments after I placed the order. Within mini got a reply from Hugo saying "no problem, I've adjusted the order". Highly recommended.

However I would like to say please ignore the negative reviews and use this honest, customer focused company without hesitation. I certainly will, and will have no hesitation recommending them.

Dec 08,2023Do NOT order from these guys. Ordered plates 8 days ago and still haven't received. Have sent 3 emails asking for update or refund and now they have gone silent. Absolute joke of a company. Communication was within an hour initially (if not a little sarcastic) from the owner and now nothing. He is very quick on every email to tell you how they have been going for 20 years though. Not sure they will make another 20 with their service or attitude.
