I make an order in 27 of July. Now is 15 of August. I tried to send them an email, and till now no one has responded. It feels like they donโ€™t care at all. Worst experience ever. UPD: All emails from mysupplement.shop went to spam, it looks like you need to update a little your DNS records. SPF (Sender Policy Framework) DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance)

Rubbish let down company. I paid for Royal Mail 48. It arrived a week later. The original tracking told me it had been delivered too which was a stress knocking doors locating it. The phone line has nobody to take your call. It just tells you โ€œsorry we are not availableโ€. When it finally came it was still late. The box and packaging smelt like manure. It absolutely stuck out my big lovely catering kitchen. Unsure why the reviews are good. They must have let it go to crap. Literally by the smell of the product I finally received. Never again will I use this company. Expensive too. I could have bought double the amount of protine from other company for same or less cost. Load of rubbish all round

I'm originally from the UK but live in the US and finally found a website that promised it could deliver my favorite protein powder. However, two weeks after placing the order, the package still hadn't shown up. When I checked the tracking, I saw it never even made it through customs. Two weeks later, the package returned to the warehouse, and I was finally issued a refund. I was informed that: "Some parcels don't pass through customs due to their inspection processes, which is unfortunately out of our control. While it's hard to predict if this will happen again, most orders do pass through without any problems." In all fairness, Bethany, the customer support rep, was great. I'm giving it another go, hoping the next parcel makes it through!

My order went undelivered, yet I was never refunded. Customer service is claiming to still be waiting for the package to be returned before they can refund me. The tracking code clearly states that the order has been returned to sender.

Tracking number provided not the actual tracking number, order never arrived, they said they would provide refund but still have not provided refund (1 month later). Update: refund received after posting this review and a few follow up emails to the supplier.

Lovely easy to use website with lots of products hard to find elsewhere. Such as Matt Does Fitness energy drinks. Check out and delivery functions very straightforward and user friendly. Even for the least tech people. Easy to find returns policy- always worth checking before placing an order! Simple just have to pay for return. Email and contact information easy to find from information in the package and via google. I have today returned items using EVRI- I have also confirmed this via email along with the EVRI tracking number. Most of the order I have kept and been super happy with. Canโ€™t wait to gift these items!! Thank you!
