Jan 18,2025Order some Creatine pills from this company and did not realize it was in the UK. Live in the states. No issues I emailed to cancel the order immediately after I confirmed the order. Followed up 2 times about cancelling it. order ships and I follow up again and they finally reply and say “it’s too late to cancel.” So essentially ignored them cancellation that I followed up on twice. Didn’t want to wait a month to get what I ordered but they decided to be shady to get their money.

Once order was place I received a personal note/message that the order was placed and being packed and literally the next day it was dispatched. I was expecting it to arrive a week later.. it was here within 3 days! Such super service and great communication. I have referred them to everyone I know! Thank you Chris - for the great service!
