By far the cheapest I’ve found, i rate them on all aspects from communication to delivery and to quality ive purchased twice now and each order has come with a gift I.e shakers, bottles and such which tells me they are genuinely happy with my purchase, superb company! I for one will not be going anywhere else from now on! thanks guys

Chris genuinely cares about the company and its services. After my initial review, stating that I didn't receive my order, Chris reached out and shared information about my order. I have now received my order and am very happy with the communication from Chris.

Sadly this is one of those annoying companies that list an item as in stock, take your money, then cancel the order 4 days later. If you don't have the stock to hand then for Christ's sake don't have it showing as in stock on the website. It just makes you look like fools.

I placed my order which included 2 boxes of Grenade. I opened my parcel today to find the Oreo box has a best before date of 01/2025 and the box of white chocolate cookie expires 02/2025. I mean, you have to be joking for sure, I've received these bars on the 05/12/24, for goodness sake, I haven't even got a much time before they are out of date. Note: After having an email first and then a reply, I have looked on the website and, yes I can see the expiry date. However, when I'm out to buy a product my expectation is to receive a product with a longer date. The only time I ever look at dates when shopping is when I'm considering fresh produce, which generally has a short date. When I go online shopping I don't look for dates, I look for the product I wish to purchase and pay. And yes, running a business is no small achievement and there's recognition for your employees for going above and beyond. This I understand as I work in the sector who are visited by Ofsted each year and maintaining high levels of care are essential 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This produces not only the initial care, which is unconditional, but the additional reports, paperwork which are an expectation to be at the highest standard. As for making contact before a review, I was unhappy with the product and not the delivery. Yes, I see the date now. But at the time, I simply go to the product and pay.

❌AVOID AVOID AVOID ❌ Placed the order over £100 and opened the perks. However they are promise delivery within 48hrs and ive got my order after 72hrs. Check the orders when delivered and i saw one of the perks are missing and i have contacted them regard this matter.Poor guy was telling me you have got A shaker for free anyway, That was part of my order and has to be with my order or notify me about it. they are trying to scam you somehow. Never getting back here and i return the order due to missing item. Very Poor company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Let’s be honest to you they started off good would I buy from them again? No chance never I’m about to get in contact with them. They sent me the wrong order. The right order. I paid the extra full amount. This is what some companies do. They decide what to send you hoping You’ll just suffer it to think me and my pals was going to do a large order. Thank God we never they may as well take me off their list, cause we will never be going back very upset about this

My product was all clumpy and unusable. I contacted them to try and come to a resolution. They asked for some photos so I resent the photo I had already send as well as some more. Also send the batch number and expiry date. They then replied with some nonsense about confusion over stock with a picture of a product being out of stock. Very confusing and awful customer service. I have requested a refund we will see how that goes

Sold an item with a best before date 2 weeks later! No response to emails and they don't answer their phones! Unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

When opening a package I had bought from mysupplementshop, under all the saftey packaging was a blue note that read “free gift”. They have gifted me a free shaker shaker bottle😁 great little gift that will make me keep shopping here. Also much quicker delivery than I expected. Great products and service 🙌🏼

Edit: Chris contacted me directly and provided great updates on my package. I am happy to have the information and retract my previous statement. They mentioned they are changing to a better courier system soon so hopefully it alleviates this issue for future purchases. Poor customer service. My package has been lost in transit for over 2 weeks. I tried contacting the company multiple times through different methods and have received no response. I am disappointed because my first order went so smoothly, but this one is no where to be found. I wish I could just get in contact with someone so we can track down the package and find some resolution.

Until now,after 1 month, I have not recieved my other, the company works to slow to solve the problem for me. Although the company knows the parcel lost , and not my fault, the company still not send me another one for replacement.
