Nov 19,2024Go elsewhere, there are plenty of tutor services who actually assist and provide a service. I booked lessons but needed to update my credit card… this should be simple. Like everything with this company it isn’t. Told I have to cancel then rebook going through a process that takes considerable time. If you need to amend or cancel be prepared for a nightmare and huge amounts of time to be taken up. These people take a cut from tutors money and provide shocking lack of customer support. Go elsewhere.

Nov 15,2024My daughter was struggling with Maths and i wanted a good teacher without wasting her time. I tried other websites but they charged me which is annoying me because i was paying for the tuition fee and they were charging me monthly too oh what a waste of money. Finally i found a website (My Tutor) that not only helped me but also saved me from monthly charges. It was quite easy to setup an account and choosing a teacher with your requirements. I’m paying for my daughter’s lessons and her teacher is wonderful and very honest. would definitely recommend.

Nov 12,2024Something has changed with this platform, it seems so seamless and easy to use and find the right tutor at the right price. We found a amazing science tutor from this platform who provides us a report after each lesson about how the lesson went. They are so responsive when we contacted them and very helpful, really impressed overall. Thank you and please keep up the good work.

Rose explains everything to my daughter in a way she understands whilst using the correct terminology and my daughter is learning. The best decision I have made for my daughter and definitely found the right tutor can’t thank Rose enough for the confidence she has given my daughter.

Nov 02,2024I found My Tutor easy to clear and easy to use. Our Tutor Arabella has been very knowledgeable and approachable. She has assisted with GCSE English Language exams and helped with confidence in that area. I particularly like the report you are sent at the end of each lesson. I can’t recommend my Tutor and Arabella enough!

Oct 31,2024I used My Tutor for my son’s GCSE and it was an overall good experience with very positive interactions with tutors. That’s why I decided to use them again for A Levels but this time I had a very different experience with Chaavi in Business studies but my main disappointment is with the Customer Service management. Due to a change in my son’s timetable at school he tried to change a lesson and explained to the tutor but as it was short notice she refused to reschedule and charged the full cost of the lesson any way. This same tutor has a 3-star review from a parent very satisfied with the quality of lessons but disappointed with her random last minute cancellations several times. I left a very short and respectful review just saying”lack of flexibility for rescheduling lessons” and the Customer Service department contacted me saying they deleted my review due to the 24 hour policy. In My Tutor the policies don’t apply in both directions. I haven’t received any compensation (and I was not expecting for it!) when I’ve had in multiple occasions last minute cancellations, being the last one this Wednesday… Customer Service don’t pay attention to all reviews. Very selective reading… Will find another online tutoring for my son and soon for my daughter….
