Was planned to collect at 2pm but sat and waited 30 minutes as the person dealing with the hand over was with someone else, despite other staff being available. This was poor customer service. If you have an appointment time, then give the other potential sale customer to someone else and stick to the appointment time for the customer collecting their car.

Went to Bridgend to see different colours all parked together, decided I really liked HS in grey. Got fair price for part ex, had my fully checked, ready to go new car 4 days later, all the staff I dealt with were great! Will be going to Nathaniel next time my Wife decides to have a new car and so will I when the time comes again.
