Sep 21,2024Just took ownership of my new mg hs trophy 1.5 and I am over the moon. The car is stylish and is a pleasure to drive. The excellent customer service I had from everyone from phone to in person. The girls in reception. Sam who helped and was lovely when we ordered the car and when we collected. The boy that went thru the car on handover sorry forgot your name also so lovely and helpful and even Mr Wayne Griffiths was down to earth polite and had a welcoming hello for us. Highly recommend Nathaniel's each and every time to everyone. With such good customer service they deserve the business. Thank u everyone. Extra thank u to Sam for our mg key ring. Nice touch. 1 little thing I would say a little bit of juice in the tank would have been nice as we had 0 miles and needed to refuel straight away. That's just a remark that u could possibly take on board for the future x

We needed a car to take away same day in all fairness service was first class they said give you a call in day and we will have answer for you. On Monday morning I had a phone call from Jo Thomas sale manager went above and beyond and found the car we wanted and we ended up taking that car and our son then also bought a car. BIG THANKS. Sep 15,2024at Nathaniel’s they don’t push you to buy a car they allow you to look at ease and are there if you need anything or help. Dan who helped me out with my car was fantastic. Very friendly and informative on the car choices available he was relaxed and not pushy at all. Which most people get the impression sales showrooms are. The team are all relaxed and friendly. The choice of cars is really good a vast selection and budgets Dan took me through everything needed to make the right decision and his after care is great. He sorted some extra things out for me which arose. I would have no doubt to recommend people to go if looking for a new car at Nathaniel’s.
