Sep 05,2024My initial enquiry about the purchase of the car was dealt with in a very professional way by a member of the sales team in a comfortable environment. The finance arrangement was clearly explained, a full inspection of the vehicle was given in the company of the salesman, who addressed any questions that I had, and a test-drive followed. Upon my agreement to purchase the vehicle, the sales team kept me fully informed of procedures and delivery details and on collection a member of staff was on hand to address any final questions I had before driving the car away. In conclusion I would say the Nathaniel Cars made what could be a difficult time into a straightforward and stress free event. I am very satisfied with all stages of the purchase, as I was when I purchased my previous car from them 3 years ago

Sep 05,2024Shane at Nathaniel cars cardiff was excellent, he made the whole experience effortless, we purchased a MG3 Hybrid, collected today and wow what a great car for very little money, drives really nice and lots of extras which you have to pay for with other brands, I would recommend these cars to anyone! Even better is the service we received from Shane at the cardiff branch, He is a true asset to Nathaniel cars, very likeable and knowledgeable, nice to have a sales man who sticks to his word, Shane keep up the good work.

Decided to buy and the paperwork was quickly sorted and each step was Explained in detail. Picking up the car was equally floorless . Explained how things worked sat nav phone link up . Very happy . This is my second MG3 would recommend

Even on the handover Shane took the time to explain how everything works. Excellent customer service.
