Matt was very helpful. He and his colleagues were really knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. Whole process of part exchange and purchase sailed along like a breeze. My whole experience was made so easy by Martin Watch in Nathaniels cwmbran branch. I didn't have an intention of purchasing a new car but throughout my conversion with Martin it was clear that there wasn't any hard sell as the car and the brand sold itself to me. I bought the new HZ Hybrid and am delighted with my purchase.

Walked in to get my old car mot and didn't realise that there was now an option to have a hybrid which has always been my dream car and the sales personnel went above and beyond to make process as smooth as possible despite some hiccups with the bank app to process the documents no questions was treated lightly the sale personnel was very knowledgeable about his job the car details of what I needed i would highly recommend Nathaniel Cars for great service

Friendly, non-pushy and knowledgeable staff. Went above and beyond to get the car we wanted. No-nonsense and efficient. Did not try to hard sell bells and whistles. Highly recommended. Cannot imagine going anywhere else for our next car.
