Dec 28,2024I had excellent customer service as per usual in Nathaniels. We’ve been going to this car dealership for years (we’re a big family) and everytime the service is exceptional. Due to the current deal they have on the finance for the new MG cars I was curious as to whether it would be a suitable change for me. I visited and test drove the car twice as I’m quite indecisive, the staff were really supportive and flexible and were more than happy to give me quotes and way up my options then let me go home and think about it. I cannot recommend Nathaniels enough they truly are so relaxed but knowledgeable and make every visit easy
