Easy to arrange and good customer service. A bit of an annoyance when the agent got my booking date wrong. However, corrected quickly and the car was collected. Payment was super fast. I would recommend.

I was dreading trying to get this non running early eV car disposed of and thought it would be really difficult because of the non standard conversion from a diesel to an eV carried out by Allied Electric for Glasgow City Council. However the whole process I started via Nat Scrap Car was really easy and all sorted in a matter of a few days from start to finish.

The whole experience was PHENOMENAL! They put me in touch with BMS salvage who offered me a fair price over the phone BEFORE seeing any pictures, and higher than any other company. Kept me fully appraised of the collection time with the driver from Copart UK giving me regular updates along his journey of actual collection time and the money landed in my account within 4 hours.
