Feb 03,2021Communication: They would hound you if they needed documentation, but when they were asked a question they would take forever to respond and sometimes would not respond until a second or third email was sent over the week. It took almost 2 months to lock in our rate and I don't think the best rate was available due to the length in time it took them to do things on their end.
