Jan 28,2021I am writing to rate Nationwide as a 3, CEO Rob my husband and I rate a 5 as well as Mike Gussin as they hustled and corrected our file to allow us to close on our home yesterday. The first few months was not the best experience with what almost allowed us to not close, we will not further dwell on this situation, but with the dedication, communication and long hours spent from these gentlemen it ended with a pleasant experience, thank you for allowing our dreams become a reality! We love our home!

Jan 24,2021Definitely Recommended! Stephanie Stoltz was my loan officer and she did an amazing job. I did a refi on my condo. Stephanie was readily available for any questions I had as was the team she worked with. The team and Stephanie were very competant and helped me to get the best deal possible. They gave me a better offer than at least 3 other groups. The whole process went quickly and very smoothly. I would highly recommend Nationwide Mortgage Bankers to anyone.

Jan 23,2021We refinanced two mortgages with NMBNow. NMB was patient waiting for the gathering of all the necessary documents. I felt they were easy to communicate with, always from the comfort of our home. We closed on both mortgages and are pleased with the rate on both, as promised. As with any major contracts, always read and examine before you sign.

Jan 23,2021I can honestly say that I have not had a better experience doing any type of mortgage or loan business with any other company before. They were a pleasure to work with, I chose them because they were local and I am glad I did, the rates were great, the service was top notch, and I never felt out of the loop or frustrated with any part of the process. The rep I worked with Carli Walker was knowelegable, patient and lovely to work with. There was nothing wrong with this refinance, nothing. Let's put it this way. I reached out and made first contact on 12/18 and they had my loan closed by January 7th, so what is that 21 or 22 days for the entire process... You can't beat that.

Jan 22,2021I was referred to Greg Cignarella at Nationwide as I had been going through a frustrating period of trying to refinance. For the amount of paperwork that I had submitted and having had my credit run it was amazing to see the complete lack of follow up that was out there and I reached a point that I felt like starting from square one made the most sense. In my first conversation with Greg I was a little concerned as he walked me through the steps and I was kind of surprised as he was talking about a timeframe that was a lot faster than I was anticipating. As we began the process I came to realize the reason why Greg could be as aggressive as he was in his timing. We were constantly in contact and he guided me through every question and we quickly developed a rhythm in working together that was absolutely fantastic. I can’t say enough about the experience I had with Greg as expertise is one thing, but when it’s combined with the level of caring and diligence that he has it’s really something special.

Jan 18,2021I started the refi process and the broker, Rick Altemeyer, was very responsive. I uploaded the requested information by November 12,2020. On November 13 2020,I was then transferred in the process to the processor Takisha Johnson. I did to hear anything from Ms. Johnson until November 27, 2020. I had questions on the requested information from Ms Johnson so I called and emailed. I did not received a response from Ms Johnson through the mid week after Thanksgiving as well as Rick was no responding to my concerns. I finally emailed Rick assistant Kimberly and informed the lack of communication was going to make me stop the process. It should be noted that the process indicator on your web site never changed from when the file was sent to processing. I believe Rick is an above average broker but I believe need to be a little more responsive. I know its busy these days and most people to do follow through or stay the course. It began stressing me to point I was ready to quit the process. I was not satisfied with loan processor, Ms Johnson. Ms Johnson’s failed to respond to multiple emails and phone call requesting information. Again, I understand the refinancing business is extremely busy but lack of communication is never acceptable. The very best part of the process was dealing with Rhonda Konley from Agent Title Services. She was very responsive and provided any requested information asap. She was available to answer questions when needed. I would recommend you company to my friends and family but would cautious them about the commutation issues. Just a side note, when I purchased the house originally, I was prequalified in less than 2 weeks. When we put a contract on the house we closed in less than 2 weeks. So a refinance should not take 3 months to process.

Jan 16,2021Refinance closing went OK. However final documents changed from the previous preliminary documents I received. I am trying to get a question answered about some of the closing costs allotted to tax escrow and not finding it to be easy to get answers. I am awaiting a call back from a Supervisor to hopefully get my questions answered.
