He actually guided my steps from pre-approval to full approval and now I am the owner of a three-family building. He is very patient and did not have a problem with my foreign accent, nor my naivety about the matter. Instead, he made me see the benefits of owning. I definitely will recommend Mr. Alexander Blum to my friends and family. Knowledge is power and I got plenty of that from him.

Dec 24,2020Corey Margulefsky, is a real genuine guy. I Refinanced with him in 2019 & 2012. He always picks up the phone day and night. He invited me to his house so I would be able to drop off all of my paperwork since he lives close to me. Due to many health issues I have been going through I found it necessary to refinance a few months ago and he once again got it done for me in no more than 2 weeks which made me so very happy since I needed to get rid of the bills I had since they were overwhelming. Thank you so very much for always taking good care of me and my family. I would give Corey 100 Stars if I could.

Dec 24,2020I am extremely happy with the service I received At National Mortgage Bankers. My loan officer, Edward Kukla was knowledgeable, professional, patient and simply amazing. Every-time I reached out with a problem or question he got back to me within minutes. We hit a little bump on the road and Edward called me and spoke to me like a friend not a customer. At the end it all worked out and my loan was approved. In addition, the rate I got was unreal and unmatched by any banking institution. I highly recommend NMB if you want outstanding service and an unbelievable rate.

Dec 23,2020I loved working with Scott, Carrie, Karen and the rest of the NMB team. My husband and I were actually working with another mortgage company that did our last investment property and they almost lost us this one because they kept dawdling and couldn't get their stuff together. I don't know about their other clients, but I don't tolerate unprofessionalism to that degree. The old mortgage company actually told my agent in an email I was clearly copied to that "Vlad's wife isn't the decision maker, stop bugging us every day about this".... the mortgage is under my name, not my husband's. Anyway, after explaining all this to Scott and asking him whether he could help us close within the limited time frame we had available, he asked us a few questions and then promised to have us all set within 30 days if we sent him over the needed paperwork that day. After a very EASY and PLEASANT exchange with his highly professional team, we were approved and ready to close exactly as Scott promised us. My only regret is that I didn't work with him sooner and give him more of our business instead of wasting it on the previous company we worked with! We would highly recommend NMB/Scott & his team to our other friends and family in the biz or who are looking to purchase their next home :)
