Nenette has been making chocolates by hand for over 12 years (having trained with Callebaut and Slatteries). And this is what she absolutely loves doing!

I have just one ambition: to bring you a moment of happiness through chocolate.

I hand-make every chocolate item that you find in my range for you: I carefully temper the chocolate for a perfect finish and combine it with simple, fresh and, wherever possible, locally-sourced ingredients.

And what of the chocolate? I am proud to select Callebaut chocolate to make all my chocolates because of its sustainable story, reinvesting in the growers and producers and chocolate’s future.

And, of course, it tastes fabulous!

My chocolate studio is based in North Kilworth, South Leicestershire and is the home to all my chocolate creativity. It is also where I teach people to make their own chocolates - I hold workshops in the summer months and after Christmas too.

What a few hrs we had,that went so so quick too, Nenette is the perfect host, alot of quality info, full on, hands on. We made truffles, posh ones, we'll mine weren't that posh, champagne truffles no less tasted great looked...... they tasted great. I would highly recommend this we had a great time and csme away with a bag of chocolates, thank you Nenette we will be back 😀

Really enjoyed our truffle workshop, where we spent a pleasant hour or so making our own chocolates. Makes a nice gift for someone you want to spend a fun evening with, and Nenette was welcoming and very knowledgeable. Thanks

Lovely chocolates once again, however some of the more delicate ones had broken in the box this time. Would definitely buy again! Update: on hearing about the broken items, replacements were immediately offered to me. Thanks again!

A great workshop covering tempering and colouring chocolate. The course was clearly delivered and allowing times for questions. Learnt a few short cuts too and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you.

I attended a chocolate workshop with Nenette and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I came away with chocolates made by me which looked amazing and very professional. I even surprised myself! Nenette was very patient and helpful and I would recommend this workshop to anyone wanting to gain knowledge and experience in working with chocolate.

Rather than disappoint me as a particular item was unavailable, Nenette rang straight away to explain and not only offered a suitable alternative but also additional items by way of apology which I really appreciated. I've previously purchased from this company - the chocolate is delicious!

We ordered their top Christmas hamper to give to someone as a present. What arrived was just individual items wrapped in cellophane, not a hamper by any means. Chocolates may well turn out to be lovely but no marks for presentation nor for matching the product description.

So pleased with our beautifully packaged box of very special truffles. Very good customer service and Nenette is always very happy to help if there are any specific requirements. The truffles are hand made and taste delicious.
