Aug 23,2021Website, easy to navigate and make order. Once I made my order I LOVED how informed I was with the order process and what was happening behind the scenes. Once my order was shipped I received confirmation and a tracking number with FedEx. Finally the BEST part was receiving my neon sign, it was so well packaged meaning I had no nasty surprises when I opened the box. My neon sign is perfect there isn’t any other words to describe it. When engaging with customer services they were always super quick to reply with fabulous customer service. Also it’s a UK based company which I love. ❤️ I just need more wall space to allow for more neon signs and 100% I’ll be coming back to Neon Vibes UK.

Aug 08,2021Having looked online and checked out other reviews I decided that I wanted to see the products in the flesh before making a purchase. I contacted Neon Vibes through their online enquiry facility asking whether they had a showroom. I received a prompt response response inviting me to visit their production HQ in Leeds. They couldn’t have been more accommodating, giving us a short tour and explaining the process and explaining the various customisations available (which are basically endless - the only limit being your own imagination ) We placed our order and then went to collect our sign which was ready when they said it would be. The whole experience exceeded our expectations and we are delighted with our sign. Have no hesitation in recommending them and look forward to more signs in the future.

Being in N.I. meant that we didn’t get the next day delivery, but it arrived well packaged and an amazing addition to his bedroom. Thank you so much.
