Jun 11,2021We love it! The neon sign is exactly as described and just perfect. A few items were missing from the order but a quick email to customer service was sent and replied to immediately. The missing remote and connectors were sent out the same day. Based on my experience I would recommend Neon Vibes.

Jun 11,2021Ordered a neon sign for the kitchen and we absolutely love it. They are priced so well compared to other Neon sign companies. And were also packaged well. We are really impressed with it. There was a slight mix up with delivery but they personally came to sort it, I could not fault the customer service. I will definitely order again.

Believed my order would come in the 10day time frame by how it was worded so Paid an extra £40 for it to arrive before the Friday,on the Friday I was told (in a half hearted email) for some reason it wasn’t shipped and I’d receive it Saturday! My event was on Saturday so I couldn’t use it and had to refund my client. I’ve heard nothing back since??
