Jun 25,2021Just purchased a personalised neon name sign for my daughters newly renovated bedroom. Very reasonably priced, superb quality. Delivery in around 14 days which is quick considering it was all custom made. Great communication throughout. Unit came with a remote control unit and the bag of jelly beans was a nice touch. A very happy daughter. Only concern is my other kids now want them so I'll be back for more. Thanks Mick and the team at Neon Vibes.

Jun 15,2021Took much longer to arrive than anticipated. Delivery was also prolonged which was not expected considering £10 charge. LEDs mounted on clear perspex but was covered in the adhesive used to stick the LEDs to it, had to clean this off myself. Not the quality I expected for the price paid.

Jun 15,2021We ordered the good vibes only sign, initially 75cm wide with the colour changing option. We were contacted pretty much straight away to let us know that the colour changing is only available on larger signs from 1m. We were persuaded to go bigger and we are extremely happy with the result. We now want a few more in other rooms.

The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star review is that I wasn’t informed of a delay in delivery and the connector to the transformer is not a great fit, otherwise fab, well packaged, complete with remote and dimmer, oh, and the jelly beans were a nice touch :)

Jun 12,2021After having a pretty horrible experience with another neon sign company, I reached out to Neon Vibes explaining my worries. They put my mind at ease from the start. Communication was excellent and I got regular updates about my order. There was a mishap with my sign during the transit process which meant it arrived damaged. However, Neon Vibes took full responsibility for this without any fuss and I received a new sign within a week. Excellent customer service and one very happy customer here! The sign is gorgeous... it’s huge and I believe excellent value for money. We have received so many compliments and I couldn’t be happier!
