Mar 18,2023Amazing customer service. Sent an email at 4pm had a reply and issue solved by 4.10pm same day. Doesn't get much better than that! I had the "Nobody puts baby in the corner" sign and from delivery, to quality and customer service i cannot fault. My light has been up and running for almost 12 months and many more to come. 100% recommend and will order again when needed. Thanks Mick

Mar 08,2023Seriously, the quality of this product is perfect, just got my 'Til Death neon sign and it it's exactly what I asked plus so much better than I could have imagined. It's clear, clean and the attention to detail has blown me away. Getting married in June and this will be mounted at the venue using a wooden V shaped arch so guests can have a photo under it. Feb 17,2023I ordered a custom neon sign and went through a quick design/feedback process. The sign arrived well packaged and protected a few days ago. I am blown away by the quality of the sign - it’s solidly built, all the finishing is perfect and the lights are bright and colourful and the dimmer components are all quality. Amazed a custom product could be this good!

Nov 14,2022Neon Vibes is as good as you can get! It is cost effective and very good quality. It is the same as what you would expect from a sign maker that you would pay almost triple the price for. Neon Vibes were very on point from order confirmation right up unto delivery, offering relevant updates along the way. They are very helpful and easy to work with - would 200% recommend.

Nov 13,2022Absolutely no issues with the company and my neon light is amazing. The dimmer makes it perfect and it seems really good quality. My only issue was with the choice of couriers, for something so expensive to recieve no tracking on the day was a bit off. Especially as it was delivered fairly late in the day and i was starting to wonder if it would arrive or not.

Mar 31,2023Incredibly impressed with the bespoke sign we ordered for our wedding. We just wanted tweaks to one of the preset fonts, which I mocked up and sent over. Our sign is absolutely perfect, we couldn't wait to switch it on and see for ourselves! It will make the perfect addition to our home once the wedding is over. Great customer service and amazing communication at each step of the process.
