Sink supplied and delivered on time. Unfortunately the item did not suit our kitchen so we returned. Company were helpful with this process. Unfortunately the product was damaged on return which we are now having to try and sort with the parcel force.

Ordered a kitchen tap from this company. It was the best price and the lowest delivery charge in comparison to other sellers. It arrived within 3 days of order, which again was far quicker than others. The Franke tap we ordered is exactly as described and looks really stylish and great quality. Would certainly use Nesstar again.

I ordered o low pressure tap, Whenbit was fitted the cold water was just ok but my hot water pressure is poor so the tap is pretty much usless They wouldnt accept it back saying its been fitted and quoting the taps spec Afeter waiting over a wek gor some help i get nothing but sorry thats the spec.

The courier left the wrong package. We had to call him back via the despatcher. Within the hour the driver returned with our package and collected the other one. This does not reflect of the company, which supplied the item exactly as advertised.

Items well packaged.. Beautiful tap in brushed steel. Easy fitted with large tightening screw. The boiler is compact with 2.4 lt capacity and the water connections to the unit and the filter are pretty straightforward. Overall I am pleased with the product at the minute and can put my kettle away. The boiling water tap.. at a mere £299 was excellent value for money with a long guarantee on the tap and 2 years on the boiler.. what can go wrong!!
