Jan 19,2024Delivered next day after ordering, unfortunately the sink had obviously been returned by another customer since the tap hole had been punched through on the wrong side for us. However after a quick phone call they sorted it out and refunded our payment. The tap we ordered at the same time was fine and of a good quality and price.

Jan 18,2024Really quick dispatch, ordered Monday received Tuesday, unfortunately they sent there wrong sink, it was picked incorrectly. No problem, new sink dispatched same day and exchanged with incorrect sink next day. The agent was more than happy to sort the issue and was determined to make the delivery cutoff whilst we were talking on the phone to ensure I would get the new sink next day, which was great as I did.

Jan 14,2024Excellent ordering and delivery syste,was simple and very quick (next day delivery). But image on website was not accurate, suggested the product was the SilkSteel Tap that I was after, although description stated Chrome which was what was delivered. No help with Return. Had to do it all myself and my cost. Seems to me that something is missing from a customer care perspective in an on-line shopping experience.

Jan 13,2024Sink turned up damaged but is a fundamental part of my work so had to be fitted as workmen were on site. Although the service was good and a speedy delivery. Pictures available of the sink. Box didn't look damaged

Received a Christmas discount and delivery was next day (which it did), so super quick, for a very sensible delivery charge. Very impressed with the service from Nesstar. First rate!

Unfortunately sink had unseen damage upon arrival, notified Nesstar and replacement sent out within half an hour, no quibbles, replacement received next day, all done in 48hrs. Good you ask for more?
