Mar 10,2023I love the way the sink looks , it was delivered within two days of ordering , As recommended I needed to purchase the oil to maintain the appearance of the sink , I got in touch with the manufacture again the service was above and beyond , within days the oil was delivered . Thank you.

Feb 28,2023First tap colour looked nothing like the website, website states no quibble returns but doesn't say it will be £12 to do so. I reordered the same tap in a new colour- the tap is lovely and seems good quality but the shower pull out comes out extremely easily. I was told because I had swapped the tap, that in that instance he would refund the difference as my new tap was £10 cheaper but I have never received this. What is also frustrating is the second tap is just standard matte black that was much cheaper elsewhere but felt tied in to avoid the hefty return cost.

Feb 25,2023We purchased a kitchen mixer tap from Nesstar. However, after it arrived, I realised I had made a mistake in that particular tap’s flow rate performance. I contacted Nesstar for advice. Raj at Nesstar did a lot of research on our behalf to help sort out our problem. Following a number of phone calls a suitable replacement tap was found. Raj then organised a courier pick-up for return and full refund of the original tap I mistakenly purchased. He also contacted the replacement tap manufacturer (Franke) such that I could get a fast delivery directly from the manufacturer of the new tap and additionally get the new tap and at a very good market beating price. A very happy customer! Thanks again Raj. - No hesitation in recommending Nesstar for anyone looking for kitchen taps, etc.

Feb 03,2023What a wonderful treat, a company who offer a terrific service, they answer the telephone, are friendly, amusing and most of all - helpful. Having searched for the particular replacement kitchen sink we wanted, I found it with Nesstar. A telephone call confirmed it was what we wanted, ordered it online at lunchtime and by 10am the following day, said sink arrived all the way from Nottingham to Essex, in perfect condition. Thank you Raj for all your assistance and may your company grow and grow - you deserve to achieve.
