Mar 17,2024Customer service is first class. Thank you Maiga B! The response to several queries prior to purchase were prompt and helpful. On arrival the Boiling water tap was just what I wanted. Lovely quality, weight, super fast delivery and a great price! The tap hasn’t been fitted yet but looking at other reviews I am sure I will be equally impressed!

Feb 23,2024Before purchasing my sink I contacted the company with some questions. The lady I spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful. After placing the order I received my sink and tap the next day (not a Nesstar problem but I received 2 emails and 3 text messages from FedEx saying it would arrive between 8. 30 and 12.30 but when it hadn’t arrived by 2.30 and checked online it said 8.30 to 6pm!. It arrived around 3.30.) I love both sink and tap but would have liked more detailed instructions on how to care for them — I find pictures hard to decipher and understand.

Feb 13,20245 stars for the tap, absolutely loving it, 5 stars for the office staff/customer service who dealt with queries and correcting my ordering mistake but only 1star for the courier they use as my tap stayed in their delivery depot for almost a week
