James from Nest was efficient, thorough and explained the policy options very clearly. Because of his clear communication, we were able to make a decision and sign up to a policy quickly and easily.

Dan from Nest was very very helpful when sorting out our Buildings and contents insurance for our new flat. He explained items fully and carefully and explained anything I wasn't sure of. Wasn't pushy and I never felt pressured into adding on anything that I didn't want. 10/10 experience!

Very helpful and friendly chat with Dan and got everything sorted, in place and at a good price in one phone call with no pressure to put anything in place. Would definitely recommend, especially as a first time buyer sorting this insurance out for the first time.

Daniel spent time to understand the specifics of our insurance requirements and managed to find the most cost competitive insurance for us that covers all our needs. Dan spent a lot of time helping me find the right product - including going backwards and forwards a few times to make sure everything I needed was covered and that I found the best product. Really quick to respond to any queries too. Very much appreciated and would recommend.

Fantastic customer service throughout the whole experience, can't rate Nest highly enough. I had the pleasure of dealing with Lawrence White who made things extremely easy and took all the hassle and stress out of the process. Lawrence kept in touch regularly and responded to emails promptly, he was extremely helpful and efficient. Even when I received an out of office from Lawrence a colleague of his (James Taylor) picked up my email, gone 5 o clock on a Friday, and gave me a call straightaway. Lawrence and James are a credit to the company and I will recommend Nest to anyone going forward!
