Jun 21,2023I recently had an experience with Nest GI that I want to share. I want to start by saying that James was exceptional and provided me with decent service. However, things took a turn when my claim was picked up by Niall Millward - CII Claims Handler at The Davies Group I was disappointed with the service they provided, and it was frustrating not to get a prompt response to my concerns. I felt like my claim was not a priority, and that was difficult to deal with. Despite all of that, I was happy that the situation was eventually picked up by Nest GI, who are being supportive. I appreciate that Nest GI are trying to help me during this challenging time. I remain positive and confident that they will support me until this matter is resolved.

Jun 16,2023Nest GI has looked after our B&C Insurance matters since 2019. We really value the professionalism, experience, skills and sector knowledge. Ed Jackson and Dan White are a terrific team, who understand our insurance needs. Great listeners; Very thorough in capturing the key information to enable them to serve up their advice and recommendations. Top people. Excellent to have had Dan White handle our most recent insurance needs. Liaising with the insurers is a skill in itself. With his negotiating skills with the insurer, Dan nailed this over the last couple of days. Modest uplift in annual premium, with demand for add-on covers, and lower excess excesses to policy claims. Real value for money. As a reasonably savvy consumer, I wouldn't ever have time to become proficient to battle out a great deal directly with the insurer. Nest GI have those skills, and they can really deliver on their service standards.
