He was very helpful, personable, approachable & professional…also made follow up calls when promised. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed by the advisor, who was really friendly and helpful throughout and explained everything very clearly. He provided a much better service than going online, though possibly I could have got it cheaper that way. However, I was under severe time constraints and in the circumstances, I was happy to go with his recommendation.

I met a lovely friendly gentleman Matthew Phillips and he took time to research the best policy and considered my current circumstances and provided a quotation specific to my requirements, Matthews recommendation was the most appropriate policy on their panel of insurers based on the information that i provided. Not only did I get discounted insurance as an RCN member, but because I already was an existing customer, I also received a further discount and able to make monthly payments at a reasonable price.
