They are very professional, they check in with you regularly to ensure that you fully understand what you understand you policy and what you are paying for. They explain with clear examples, the benefits, features and additional support available. I would highly recommend anyone in need of home insurance to use this amazing company. The Managing Director Ed, is truly a people person. He is an effective and efficient manager. He trains, manages and supports his staff health and wellbeing and delights his customers, with by meeting them at their place of need.

Feb 25,2022In the beginning the costumer experience was great and emails were answered promptly. The quote provided was great so we decided to go with them but it emerged that there was a discrepancy with the address to be insured. Instead of insuring the new house I was buying, they insured my current flat which is why the price was so good. Why the address to be insured was not double checked, I have no idea. Seems to be the important bit to me. Replies to emails slowed down at this point after notifying them about the address issue. They had plenty of time to sort out this issue before the insurance was going to start but instead they left it, the insurance started and the money was taken. At this point I was told to cancel it all myself with not too much of an apology and they would provide another quote. This is the point they lost my business. It was a very poor service in the end and I sorted my own insurance out with no hassles.
