Feb 16,2022I couldnt be more impressed with Emily and the Team at Nest. After calling and missing me a few times, we scheduled an agreed time to talk and discuss our Let property insurance requirements. Emily called at the time scheduled, did a short ‘factfind asking ALL the right questions to then advise on best options for our renewal. Nest give advice & written recommendations. This is CRUCIAL. I had a bad experience with a previous broker that provided ‘Information Only’, didn’t ask the relevant questions and changed features on our cover without asking (I guess to reduce the price). However, this caused a big problem when we needed to make a claim only to find we weren’t covered costing us thousands of pounds. Having previously worked as a Financial Planner for many years, to get service and advice, with individuals that proactively ask the right questions, and take the time and care to establish your needs before making recommendations is essential, then tailoring the cover and advice to meet those needs. I’m Delighted with the Brilliant, prompt and efficient service. I highly recommend Emily and Nest to meet your property insurance needs. I got MUCH more comprehensive cover, Accidental damage and other extra features, cover that was superior in every way, but saving me about £250 on the price through the previous broker. Well Done Emily and Nest, I highly recommend and value your excellent service and knowledge. You were polite, friendly, professional, very speedy but thorough😊🙏

Feb 08,2022I had been paying for three separate policies to cover home, contents and home emergency cover. Nest have found me one policy to cover all and saved me £20 a month! All staff very helpful and patient, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

She left me in no doubt she had my best interest at heart. Everything was completed in a timely fashion. She called when she said she would and did not over sell. Most importantly she explained where NEST had added value to my needs. Very happy 1st time user.

Without blinking took her quote, which absolutely blew my renewal out of the water. Especially when i had been with the same insurer for the last 5 years. She got me an amazing quotation, perfect cover.
