Will, the broker, helped me find a good deal with my mortgage, was personable and helpful, always responded quickly to emails and was proactive in finding new deals when rates changed. Using their service was a real pleasure in a buying process that was otherwise quite difficult. Would definitely recommend.

Joe Checkley, our Chartered Financial Planner, has been excellent to deal with since we began our journey 5 months ago, has been accessible, responsive to our many questions/ concerns, patient and laser focused on our needs. He and the Farringdon team (called 'Amy') have put together a financial plan that we are really delighted with and confident in. As a scientist, the 'evidence based' approach to advice that Nova have adopted works really well for me, and everything is explained in precise but simple and accessible language. I wish we had had the foresight and confidence to take professional financial planning advice years ago. We can't turn back the clock for sure, but we can look forwards to an ongoing and positive relationship with him and his excellent team. Well done!
