He worked extremely fast, explained everything clearly to us, and found us a new, much more suitable mortgage within 24 hours. Our completion was delayed for other reasons but Ben did his utmost to put us in a position for swift completion and ensure our transaction went smoothly. Extremely impressed and very grateful!

The deal we have just completed was at an amazing rate. When the lender came up with a couple of obstacles (not through any fault of Octopus Wealth), they were navigated swiftly, such that the whole process was stress-free and we got funds out of the re-mortgage to make home improvements. Oct 22,2021I have been extremely impressed with the Octopus Wealth process and customer service. We completed two mortgages with Ben Kehoe and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He found us great products in unusual circumstances, made the process so efficient and responded rapidly to any correspondence. We never would have been able to get such good mortgages without him. We are also undergoing financial planning with Simon Cahill. We were originally happy with our previous financial advisor but looked into Octopus as they had slight cheaper fees (which made a big difference in the long run). We haven’t finished the process yet but have been equally as impressed with everything we have seen so far; not only his way of simplifying fairly complex topics for us but also the exceptionally high level of customer service we have received. Overall I could not recommend Octopus Wealth for mortgages and financial planning highly enough.

I had a unique salary situation but Ben took this in his stride and was able to really help me with finding a suitable lender, and getting my application through in record time. When the vendors were having issues with their mortgage, he even offered to get involved and help them - above and beyond! I've now got my dream house and managed to get through before the stamp duty deadline - highly recommend!

It’s very rare to find a business that genuinely puts the customer first and I can feel confident have our best interests at heart. Andrew and his team have brought our finances to life with the Lifeline model. They have found gaps in my planning my previous adviser had missed, improved my investment returns, made use of tax and investment opportunities, have gone above and beyond in sorting out one of my mortgages, all whilst saving me a small fortune in fees.
