Jun 03,2023The course met my needs which is always invaluable, the Instructor clearly knew what he was talking about but also drew on the experience of others. Also I was given some good ideas to take I to my own teaching and was able to extend my own learning as well. Generally a very good course.

May 23,2023I recently completed (and passed!) the 3 day First Aid at Work course at the University of Gloucestershire. Lara Crewe-Hergest was my Trainer and she was brilliant. Super knowledgable and really approachable. She made the course accessible and interactive with lots of top tips and memorable facts. Highly recommended!

The facilities and training materials provided are excellent but without doubt the instructors are what makes the course, their knowledge and professionalism are first class, I would recommend with confidence. The instructor for this course was Glenn Evans….. too man, top job👍

May 02,2023I paid for their 3-day instructor course in June 2022 to include monitoring which I was informed would cover me until the end of 2023 (informed by their instructor and when I booked this course). They have now informed me (a year on) that I am no longer covered as no monitoring was completed in 2021(2 years ago!), so they back-dated my annual monitoring last year without informing me, which means I am no longer covered until the end of this year. I tried to explain this to the manager as I was misadvised by this company, but she was incredibly rude over the phone and had a real attitude problem. I will be joining the FAIB with everyone else and will no longer be giving my money to NUCO. Lost my business due to your lack of integrity and discourteous (rude) unprofessional phone manners.

Apr 29,2023I have been a trainer through Nuco since the early 2000. I have found them to be excellent in every way. The office gives great support through to all their lead trainers I have in the past month renewed my first aid at work instructor certificate and my mental health first aid instructor and even after having attended several refresher courses I still learn new skills Thank you Steve for such a great team.
